I would call them more guidelines for myself
MDMA: - Space it out by at least one month
- 1.5-2 mg / kg as first dose
- One redose of .5mg / kg 1 hour later
- Always test pills / use pill reports
- Always with friends and on a weekend where I can basically take the next day off
Weed:
- Only ever one smoking session a day
- Never if I have Uni work / need to get things done, this basically means that I only ever smoke right before I go to bed.
- Smoke huge amounts when coming down off MDMA
LSD:
- Trips spaced by at least a month
- Only with two closest friends who also thoroughly enjoy it, we all know each other so well and we are always in absolutely fantastic head spaces, never had even the slightest negative feeling.
- Have trip planned out with what we are doing and also a day where I don't need to do anything.
Alcohol:
- Never go past 6 beers at a party, after that it goes down hill for me. With this way I never have a hangover either.
- At home I normally just enjoy 1-3 beers every so often, never more than 2 nights a week.
