ummm.... i dont know.
There's all different sorts of happiness. And i dont think it's fair to say one is 'better' than the other.
Well... that's really just a cover. Havnt been at my happiness for a while, and the memories of the last time are now tainted. So... no happiness for me. Cheerful, and having fun, but not really HAPPY.

Sounds pretty sad but I love it when I'm peaking and talking to mates. ABSOFUCKINGLUTLY LOVE IT!!!!!
Also going for a ride to no-where on my motorbike, finding a secluded spot and just sitting down and thinking over shit, being totally relaxed. Or when absolutly flying around (dangerously) on my bike, I feel so alive.
One more, also being really bored at work, doing repetative jobs and thinking about all the funny shit I've seen.

Boyfriend stuff... Bah! I have been BROKEN DOWN into this ridiculous smitten heap of crapness. I love it, obviously. Lots of little things to do with him make me happy.
Being outside on balmy summer nights. There's something about those nights... they make me feel beautifully content.
Rises, falls and climatic points in certain songs... "Butterflies and Hurricanes" by Muse is a prime example.

anyway one thing that never fails to make me glow is when i gather the courage to face one of my fears and then come out on top...[whatever it maybe] there's nothing better than putting in effort and getting results (this usually makes me smile and cry at the same time tho
).another one would be talking to my mum and in general my close family when i havent spoken to or seen them for a long time... just knowing that i have people out there [even though they may be on the other side of the world] that love and support me... just leaves me...
learning.... even though i am generally one of the laziest people EVER, sometimes school work actually manages to make me smile.
my quiet moments alone just sitting, thinking, and observing.... if i didn't have the time to do this i know id be lost.
