Green tea for me too. All the different varieties. I personally like sen cha, matcha, and the genmaicha

me too. japanese green tea. love the one with roasted rice in it.
there's one really nice with natural strawberry flavour (Clipper Brand). Super!

I switch, though, and I drink all sorts of tea that I like: Maté Tea, Pu Erh.

Also Chai, Earl Grey, Lapsang Chuong (lovely but strong) - in these I will put soy milk, all the others I drink without.

There's 2 more stimulating teas that I like: Peruvian Coca Leaf tea and Mu tea.

Non-stimulating teas I like a lot are St. John's Wort, Lapacho, Roiboos, Fennel (great for digestion!), Chamomile, Melissa.

Finally, I sometimes enjoy a cup of Catha Edulis (Bushman's tea, "Khat") - at the same time stimulating/euphoric and relaxing, feels a bit like Kava-Kava.

You guys have to see what is written in the back....=D
Ceylon Tea.
Now dream of Tea is distilled each pure drop
a tear of joy
A vision of paradise for men
lost in their dreams
Sailing the Indian Ocean towards new horizons
Ceylon Tea.

lol....only in Asia!

ha ha that description sounds more like its for some kind of drug

Chamomile is my current favorite. It calms my stomach better than my acid reflux medicine and helps me wind down at the end of the day. Though when I first started drinking it, it sedated me a lot more than it does now... can you develop a tolerance to Chamomile tea?

Definitely chai... the real stuff is the best... not the flavoured syrup! Real chai has a good spicy kick... perfect to sip on on really chilly nights outside, by a bonfire at a psy party... :)

Damiana is pretty good...

I also love chamomile... very delicate and soothing...

Ginger tea......and I'm not talking about what comes in a bag...I'm talking boiled ginger root .....(dtergent I'm lookin at you ;)) I've been drinking this for the past week especially since I've come down with the flu and it's an IMMENSE relief especially for my sore throat! ahhhh...I like it very strong tho.

^^Ginger is great! Especially for colds and 2c-b induced nausea... :)

So do you actually boil the root in the water cc? Because I've just been adding ginger gratings to already boiled water, but if there's a better way to do it...

I peel and slice one fairly large ginger root (two if you want it REALLY strong) and cut it up into thick slices, than I cover it with water and bring it to a boil. Steep it for around 30 minutes to get all the flavour out and than let it cool..drink. It's the best :)
