far more euphoric perhaps, but definitely far , far, FAR more toxic than either drug in isolation

a huge percentage of cocaine related deaths have alcohol strongly in the equation

4-aco-mipt + methylone + kratom +nitrous + cannabis. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to achieve such a transcendental state again. It was one of those sum is far greater than its parts
 
Even though I'm not much of a stimulant user... With heroin being my primary drug of choice. Apart from say, benzos and opioids, my favorite drug combo is definitely amphetamines, coffee and cigarettes.

I vividly remember back when McDonald's let you smoke in the outdoor eating area (this was around 2015-2016?).

Id often take some amphetamines, go to McDonald's in the morning, and just spend hours on the phone to my family or doing stuff on my laptop, while drinking cup after cup of coffee and smoking cigarettes.

I loved it. Alas they won't let you smoke there anymore, and regardless I quit smoking this year.

Still, good times.

cant do coke without alcohol get ovr stimulated and the alcohol gets rid of any jittery feelings and the coke gives me energy perfec [arty combo plus i love sniffing lines
 
Deschloroketamine + Buprenorphine/Bromadol (+ Meth) - strongest sustainable moodlift ever
4,4'-dimethylaminorex - doesn't need any combo, kinda sustainable MDMA. 14+ days of euphoric, empathogenic bliss
(DXM + venlafaxine - was my teenage favourite. Heavily euphoric as long as tolerance remains low. Potentially dangerous.
DXM + bupropion - weird euphoric heavy stimulating and disinhibiting dissociative 'antidepressant' that is in clinical trials!)
Memantine + 2-fluoroethylamphetamine + morphine - nice too
Tiagabin + tilidin + pregabalin - pharmadelic. Vivid colorful CEVs and euphoric, relaxed trippy headspace. Discovered by accident.
Isopropylphenidate + emoxypine - what ritalin / concerta were meant to be: functional stimulation, no noticeable rebound. IPH is patented for ADHD. Hell knows why they don't market it. Emoxypine definitely helps with rebound (protects against excessive dopamine oxidation -> more DA, less oxidative stress and damage)

DXM / memantine + clonidine to skip opioid withdrawal, worked twice & various reports from others

Still have to explore, apparently synergetic in that it is less prone to anxiety than DMT alone and less heavy to the brain than DCK alone

This might make you trip dreams, complex scenarios and help with the dysphoria of salvia (if necessary at all):

Codeine, tramadol, carisoprodol, diazepam and ketamine in one session make me feel so great and lost in the space
Weed its great with everything for me.
And Oxy with cocaine

I did some ridiculous combos when I was younger.
One that stands out to me was;
2 days awake on ket weed and booze, then took
Diaz
Etiz
Dph
Promethazine
To sleep as couldn't get more k, ended up getting a phone call saying come now or never so took some whizz to counteract the sleepers/benzos and went to get it
Did alot more k
Mephedrone
Then stupidly decided to do a bomb of mdma/diphenidine/mxp/2ci and do more k and smoke more weed. When I came up I couldn't even see my hand in front of my face.

What a fucking state I was.


Another time I did oxy, dhc, diaz, etiz, f-lam, c-lam, Xanax, diclaz, weed, booze, ket and mxe all day/night then in the morning did 2ci then smoked changa and hit nos balloons. Fuck me sideways. Stupid as fuck but yeah, spangladesh 😂

But now I'm older and sensible I just combine alcohol and ket or ket and an opiate, with occasional dph or a small dose of diaz involved . Don't touch weed uppers benzos or rcs.
Oxy(ir)+ket is the best

Ket+speed or ket+h(iv in the same barrel) is up there too, for best rush.
 
Heroin and cokaine
Speed, Benzos, Mdma together
Speed and viagra
LSD and hard 40% rum
2cb + speed (this one is super hardcore IV)
Energy drinks and buprenorphine with lots of cigarettes.
