if you are looking for something to invest your time into I suggest freestyle wrestling. If looking for something to just do once or twice a week maybe look into brazilian jiu-jitsu or judo. Most gyms now try and include a stand up also so you may end up doing BJJ and muay thai or boxing. Just look into a few different things and try some lessons in a few different places before you make a decision on anything. Training is time consuming and its just like skateboarding the more you go and train and practice the better you will get.
