What To do if you accidently go into precipitated withdrawals?

^^ I've actually heard the opposite, that suboxone PW is worse. I know it doesnt make sense, but thats what I read. I dont have any evidence, just anecdotes.

My precipitated withdrawal from suboxone was the worst experience of my life. Shaking, sweating, crying, violently kicking and hallucinating vividly for about 14 hours. I saw some giants hands come down and then they started ripping and tearing me apart. Like master hand from super smash bros. I saw people walking on the ceiling. I thought at one point that I was floating in the ocean.. while in bed. I cant imagine anything worse... But I've never had naltrexone.
 
I iv my suboxone usually I wait 24hours since my last shot of heroin. I'm actually waiting right now it's been over 24 hours but I get scared because of the wd it only lasts me about 30mins tops tho I do 4 mg a day sometimes 8 a day iv.
