What new (or old) game do you love?

Never heard of that! Sounds 'king fun! I used to love Ridge Racer arcade coz in some of them you sat & drove the steering wheel & pressed the brake & accelerator! Ridge Racer did not seem to transfer to console though, & I never got on with those home steering set things, they ain't heavy enough to put any strenght into.

Urban Strike! You the man PC, that was the first Strike, huh? I might have to buy an old Mega-Drive JUST so I can play them games again... Actually, my bitch may have an old Mega-Drive at her place! I remember Soviet Strike was the least good & I think it was the last in the franchise. With the amazing rendering of virtual envirmoments these days I suspect a modernised Urban Strike would be quite cool..?

Ooo, Desert Strike was brilliant! I didn't actually know what I was doing, but used to love just flying around and shooting and shit.

Aye, you had to hover above the wee POWs to rescue them. The hellfire missile were the fucking tits.

Does no-one remember that flying game???

The closest I can find to a picture of it is this haha.

Think about that but the wheel stays still, you spin around inside it, left & right as well. Was disorientating as fuck but great fun.

That looks like puke city for me!

Rescuing POW's! Of course! I couldn't remember the purpose of that game Lol

YAS! That was driving me mad. Was searching all sorts of random shit on Google trying to track it down. That's definitely the boy.

It appears it was called an R360, but you're right - it was basically Afterburner. Think about that shit when you were a wee kid = mind blown.

Edit - Mind blown & contents of stomach all over the floor...

My favourite Arcade game as a kid, was 50p a go!!! shocking price then, 50p was the bigest coin.

Ben, arcades are still alive and kicking, and blleeeping and booming....go to a shit holiday resort. Loads of the fuckers.

Defender was by far my favourite arcade game.

Fast as fuck, ace power ups, special weapons, great use of colour, brilliant explosions, and your 10p lasted ages....

I know it's already been mentioned but the game I can remember spending the most time on during my youth was probably Theme Park on the Megadrive, or Total Annihilation on the PC.
