What is your current supplement regimen and why you use them

Gaga is good for cardio type of energy, IMO.

Really, though, my plan is to constantly mention her name on this website in hopes that, being young and rich and all, she develops a drug habit and becomes a member. When that happens, I'll be all up in her Kool Aid

Though, I should probably delete that post about having syphillis...
 
I'm a bit haphazard with my supplements. I also get carried away sometimes and start adding more and more and then decide that I'm taking way too much stuff and cut back.

At the moment I'm taking

Daily Multi-vit
300mg Magnesium most days
2.5g Glutamine pre-workout
2x500mg BCAA Caps before a run to try and prevent some catabolism
Whey protein with Glutamine post-workout
 
and then suddenly... i picked up some creatine ethyl ester. so, just before and after workout? fucker aint come with no scoop, what's 3g in this light stuff, a teaspoon?
 
Take creatine before your workout. A lot of people get this wrong... even the old bucket my creatine came in says to take it after your workout :\ Creatine fills your muscles with water for better recovery between sets and easier tearing so uhhh taking it after your workout is really a waste of money. I don't know about the density of it but a teaspoon sounds right.
 
you could use the rest of it at around 5g or so then when it runs out buy a pure creatine monohydrate and start with 3g or so. I recommend True Protein they are a solid supplier of creatine/protein/carbs/fats. It should not be more than a few bucks per pound creatine is very easy to manufacture (its a shellfish byproduct but recently is produced synthetically by reacting cyanide irrc.)

i've been on 100mg a day of 5-HTP and it's been doing wonders for my mood, i'm normally somewhat bleak and not-to driven but when i'm taking 5-HTP I have a really good push and a *fuck it* style attitude that I find quite helpful when it comes to me being stubborn.

I also find it somewhat stimulating which helps because I smoke to.... much...HERB.

I've been taking these "happy pills" by brain pharma as well that contains

I'm actually really wondering about second opinions on this product and have noticed a few contradictions in the ingredients like mixinf st johns wort with 5-htp etc.

I'm going to get on this actually i'm certain many bluelighters know what this product is and would know alot more about it than me, works great! but also if I take two I can get pretty jittery, shakey sometimes. but it's better for me than taking other stims which is why I had started this in serotonin loading in the first place.

any info or reviews would rock!
 
Hey guys, I'm interested in creating a daily stack. So far I take:

Piracetam 800mg - 1200mg
Choline citrate 500mg - 1000mg
Yerba mate

Depending on the day and my mood, I take piracetam/choline 1 - 3x a day, mainly just in the mornings though along with a few gram of mate

After reading some of this thread, I think I'm ready to create a stack. What am I interested in taking is:

a multivitamin (seems like a must)
5-HTP (50mg daily)
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Fish oil


so far this seems like the next step. Not sure of the dosage, more research required. I just want some opinions before I go ahead and place my order. I will definitely add a multivitamin and fish oil to my diet, I'm just not 100% sure on everything else
