What is the weather doing in your part of Australia?

It's so cold here in Melbourne, lucky I have a proper nice warm hoody coat now, finally.

I must have gotten soft over time, bc I can remember wearing my High School "winter uniform" of skirt + tights or knee highs in weather down to minus two and I just had a regular coat back then, not a parka or lined with fluffy stuff or even a hood! At least I had an electric blanket back then :(

It must be a symptom of aging. In high school I used to wear shorts and a t-shirt every day no matter what season. No way in hell could I do that now.

I also used to go bodyboarding all winter in just a rash shirt and board shorts. How the fuck did I do that?
 
today i felt the first of the coming warmth. i was able to take my jacket off when walking around town.

Yeah, I have been thinking it might be that.
 
^ I had tonnes of jumpers at school, but virtually always wore shorts. No jeans, no trackies either.

First time I've worn just a singlet to the shops for a fair while today. Starting to cool quickly now, but it was just like a spring day for most of it :)

Rugged up atm, since its been cold as fuck at night/early morn, but anyway thats all I know living around Melb. It appears to be around 6 degrees atm at 12.30am AEST. C'mon Spring!!

Looks like most of us are getting rain at the moment. I have heard it's only meant to last a day or so though, lucky I got a load a washing done yesterday! :)

The rain has gone I'm pleased to say :D But now it's going to get cold for a few days, I don't do cold very well :\
 
Thunderstorms yesterday, today, tomorrow and the weekend.

Good weekend to be indoors by the looks of it.

Copped some large hail yesterday in the yard.
 
I was talking to someone from Geelong the other day and they said they had 5 seasons in one day, and I told them there's only 4 seasons and they said "Yeah, but they change so quickly it's like there's 5". That doesn't really make sense but I let it go.
