Are you being facetious or what?
Glucose is completely unnecessary in the human diet. So are any other glucose polymers like starches. It all leads to unhealthy insulin resistance. Any amount at all is BAD FOR YOU.
Unless you're doing endurance aerobics or competitive athletics, the only glucose that should be flowing through your cardiovascular system is that which was converted from glycogen by your liver. Your liver is the ideal rate-limiter for blood glucose levels. Your digestive system doesn't rate limit properly.
Dude. WHERE DO YOU THINK THE GLYCOGEN IN THE LIVER COMES FROM??? Thin air??????? WATER???? No. It comes from glucose in the bloodstream, which comes from (drumroll please)... your diet!
Learn the very basics of glucose metabolism then come back and and say sorry for posting when you know nothing.
This would be a good place to start:
Read the first paragraph of
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insulin
also read

Read this too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucose_metabolism
I know my shit, I wouldn't be posting if I didn't.
