Wood grilled Eel, and Shark ^-^ the Eel was glazed in Orange Blossom honey, Sake, Szechuan flower peppers and grilled over apple wood served with Soba noodles with soy sauce w/rice wine vinegar and sesame seeds, The shark was mako grilled with garlic and ginger. O and a nice bottle of Stonestreet 2007 “Broken Road” Chardonnay.
