and at lunchtime have been alternating with tuna, a green salad, slices of turkey breast and almonds OR salmon, microwavable portions of brown rice and spinach salad with blue cheese and cranberries.
i wish id have taken on this diet sooner. ive started adding greek yogurt, bananas or an apple at snack time and drink obscene amounts of water throughout the day.
