Good afternoon,

New member here, but currently not prescribed anything. Going to see a pain doctor soon as I have pretty bad shoulder pain from previous surgeries along with a work Injury. Wish me luck
 
I wisy you a good physical therapist ;) Painkillers mask your pain but they do not remove the cause for it. A combi of both is in my opinion good for the first time, but then stay away from them because you'll never know how your shoulder REALLY feels without painkillers. If it's still too much, ,there are so many possibilities..... PM me if you are interested or if you have a question.

Currently:

40mg Citalopram x1
5mg Aripiprazole x1
400mg Gabapentin x4
50mg Hydroxyzine x3
5mg Olanzapine x2
300mg Quetiapine x1
8mg/2mg Buprenorphine/Naloxone x2

Nothing terribly fun, but the mood stabilizers are doing the trick and making me feel a lot better than I have in quite some time.
 
50mg Tramadol x 60
2mg Estazolam x 20
Nicotine gum as needed (288 pieces a month and could get more - basically down to 4-5 a day atm)

This is for a month, nothing too interesting.
 
I might as well post my list on here since I have nothing else to do. :p

Daily:

- Dextro-Methamphetamine (Desoxyn) - 4 x 5 mg
- Methylphenidate (Ritalin) - 6 x 10 mg
- Methadone (generic) - 1 x 5 mg
- Oxycodone (generic) - 3 x 10 mg
- Clonazepam (generic) - 3 x 2 mg as needed
- Diazepam (generic) - 3 x 10 mg
- Promethazine (Phenergan) - 2 x 25 mg as needed
- Amitriptyline (Elavil) - 3 x 25 mg
- Meloxicam (generic) - 2 x 15 mg

That's about it I think, I have used too many prescriptions off-label for neuropathic pain, ADHD, and insomnia.

Not sure if I’ve replied but:

112 x 75mg Pregabalin
30 x 30mg Mirtazapine
30 x 160mg SR Propranolol

Also allergy meds (nasal spray, eye drops, antihistamine) and Omeprazole.
 
30mg dihydrocodeine at 180mg p/d
30mg co-codamol at 60mg p/d
3.75mg zopiclone 1-2 per night
I don't take these last 2 very often but get them with every script just incase:
500mg Naproxen
20mg Omeprazole
EDIT: I was told yesterday afternoon that the zopiclone will be ended as it was only intended as an acute medication for short term use. Only had them 2 weeks! Oh well, sleep has been nice and I have a few saved up to keep away the insomnia for another few days at least.

I'm in the UK so probably not too relavent, but a few years back I was prescribed Butrans patches. I'm not sure how well transdermal buprenorphine worked for other people but I found them useless. They wear off too fast, never reach a high enough dose and gave me a terrible rash. Just a heads up if they try and suggest them, I wouldn't bother waste of everyone's time imo. We also have 0.2mg and 0.4mg bupe tablets used for pain management I think. So it's definitely used in other countries. They use methadone in the US for pain in some patients if I'm not mistaken, so I'd assume buprenorphine is no different.

Mirtazapine- don’t take
Diazepam 90mg/month
Hydroxyzine 50mg whenever I want
Grams upon grams of gabapentin/month
