What Are You Munching On? V2. Stimulants, pizza and Gatorade

Tonight I did a fritatta - couple of cups of chopped cabbage, chopped onions, peppers, garlic and chili - fried them and then poured over a few beaten eggs. Fried for a few minutes and then finished under the grill topped with Cheddar cheese.

Mayo - hot sauce - half tin of beans

Was lovely
 
Meat and Chips and a pint of cider. Dinner of Champions.

Last night was pretty much identical, but it involved having a bit too much to drink in London, and then attempting to get home using the underground. Worked out okay. Got home and had Meat and Chips.

Living the healthy lifestyle.

Tuna sashimi today with some rice for lunch. A good sushi place just down the road from work. Not cheap but so delicious and light and healthy.

Nice - I miss Japan for the Sushi / Sashimi - the quality of the sashimi in the departments stores was amazing, even the 7 11's stocked great sushi and it was pretty inexpensive. Were having a bbq later on so I'm going to be doing some herby chicken and some chicken in spicy peanut sauce
 
Add tequila and lime - it's all good (Lageritta).

Funny as instead of the peanut chicken I made a Fajita seasoning and was thinking about making margaritas.
 
Meat and Chips. The 4th time this week. A fat man in a skinny man's body. That is what I am.

What do you mean by "meat"? This has been disconcerting me a little... I like details man :)






How many legs, is it human, frog or other?
 
Lamb

Cooked a leg of lamb. Don't usually like lamb as I find it quite fatty and chewy unless you cook it for hours and hours.

It certainly isn't me! I just know how to make things tasty and pretty.


Wenlock, that lamb looks lush. For some reason, I think those stated by you, I've gone off lamb too. I do, however, love a rich lamb curry.

Yours is the first bit of lamb that wasn't in a curry that looked damn tasty.
 
And the giant jar of Jelly Babies is for the Trick or treaters then :D

Couscous salad with Tuna for lunch - bbq for later. I'm right into chicken Fajitas - well Mexican chicken as I don't have all the trimmings.
 
Ha ha ha tbf, the jar is mine but, might I also add that it needs chucked. It's been there, Un touched, for about 3 months. GROSS!!!!
