Reported for sourcing.

Dinner was totally lush. Chicken was falling off the bone, Jackets cooked in a bit of butter in aluminium then taken out just as it was right fluffy inside to crisp up the outside topped with Cheddar, Chives and total, Broccoli and Cauliflower and a small bit of corn on the cob with a bit of butter on top.

I ate a Tesco Chicken Byriani meal for one that I got in the reduced section for 1.40. I WILL make it to Tuesday on next to no money.

Got a few goodies from the reduced section too, should keep me going for a few days if I only eat once a day. Which when I'm on my own I tend to do anyway. Flew home from Edinburgh this morning after almost a month with Panda :(

No way of hitting the reduced isle for veg and making LOADS Of soup.

A cheap one I do is a few carrots, Chicken stock and LOTS of Spaghetti to make Chicken noodle soup. You can make at least 6 portions for under £2.00 if you've already got some stock. Including stock cubes it may cost £3.50.

Great thing about soup is you can just freeze it and have for laters if you've enough room in your freezer

Im so far away from supermarkets here, need a car or bus fare to get to them. All i've got is a limited tesco express (and cheap veg shops which i'm going to get to tomorrow.) We don't tend to get very good reduced aisles down south, stuffs a lot more expensive.

I've got a fiver left, that'll get me some veg. Already got stock cubes :)

Panda taught me how to make soup :)

Soup %) you can healthily n' happily live off veggie soup.

Thinking of making cauliflower soup tomorrow.

Been an absolute pig today :o with mid afternoon meringues n' tea followed by a dinner of homemade chicken, chorizo n' mushroom creamy puff pastry pie with roast veggies and a dressed salad :|

Followed that lot up with a dark chocolate chip cookie there 8)

*bulge*

I had a pretty minging hoisin duck n noodle micro meal, couldnt finish it. Mum and her b/f just came in from the pub with pakoras, kebabs and chips and shit with none for me....food envy!

Think I'll make a combination of crackers and cheese (there seems to be tons of diff types in the fridge) with pickles, tomatoes and chillis. Had it last night and was awesome.

Cheese and bacon crisp bake patty with Cabbage, curly fries, sweetcorn and a dollop of potato salad.

Twas rather lush actually.

Had a really nice lunch of italian meats, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomato, olives, italian bread, jalapenos, pesto etc.
