What are you munching on? v. gimmie toblerone n' beetroot

keepin it real Dan, keepin it real.

Young lad on our allotment keeps chickens, he's only 12, lovely lad, but they break free every day, and they love young beetroot shoots. The fucking things are decimating everyones crops.

A few of us are going to "help" him secure his chicken run better at the weekend. %)
 
Chile con carne, rice and pitta breads. My homecoming meal and my favourite!
 
Salad, sardines, a banana

Sooooo much nice food in this house atm, gonna end up a right fatty at the end of this weekend. might bang up some pics, aint had this much quality food in the house since xmas

^ I love cherries, but there so bloody expensive its unreal.

Worth it as a treat, even better if you have a tree in your garden.

Mince and tatties would be good actually and still need to have a sausage supper as well though it'll either be this weekend or have to wait because I'm going on a proper healthy eating plan and detox, I've put on half a stone and look like shit. Most people come back from holidays looking refreshed, bronzed and healthy. I'm pastey white, have blotchy skin, tired, chubby and probably soon to be suffering from alcohol withdrawls.

I just ate a cup o soup (chicken noodle) and a chicken and cheese sandwhich.
 
I think you can make mince quite healthy, if you add loads of carrots, turnip and onions into it. Though i appreciate everyone has their own traditional recipes.

Half a stones nothing, it'll come off you soon enough once you get walking about those hills :)

I'd like a poached egg, but there are no eggs. Now if i had chickens like B&W that wouldn't be a problem.
 
Yeah but what about the other stone I put on last year too, never did get rid of that though probably best to keep it as I was pretty light before then. Hills kate? I'll not be going near any hills. Mince isn't too bad Kate you're right, sausage supper though.... :D

I'm gonna try and eat eggs and fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch and then some simple meat and veggies / salad dishes for dinner. Nuts or fruit for snacks. No booze, no crisps or sweets, no bread or junk food.
 
I've put on half a stone too in the last 6 weeks not working::( 12 stone again :(

doesn't help that first two weeks off I was still eating like a working postman.

will soon shift it though

Anyway, its Saturday, so I'm eating Lidl snails.
 
Had some pasta with red pesto and red pepper for dinner, was good. As of Monday I'm off the carbs for a week to try and drop weight.
 
Minstrels. The local co-op's on lock down. I thought the automatic door was broken then I realised the guy on the door was stood with the keys letting people in & out. Saturday nights alright for fighting apparently, even in the pissing rain.
