What are you munching on? v. gimmie toblerone n' beetroot

Veg and 3 bean soup earlier plus made a fruit and veg shake. Couple carrots, handful of spinach, an apple, some lime juice and a capful of apple cider vinegar, tasted better than it sounds. Chicken and mango stir fry with loads of veggies for tea, healthy eating starts here. When pissed last night me and a mate ate a bag of 40 chicken nuggets and a whole bag of smiley faces potatoes. Unhealthy as fuck.

loads of unhealthy shite, some healthy stuff, past 4 days have been pretty much eat n drink loads without giving a shit. still couldnt give a shit now, but undoubtably will when i end up a fat bloater

No I sent an African child with flies round its head and AIDS in its blood down to Galicia to pick my luxury percebes from the rocks.

Cos thats how I roll.

This healthy eating thing is some lark, I'm starving without eating any carbs or fatty foods. I can see myself knocking out some cheese on toast in a minute.

going to make pork chops and potatos for tonites dinner, melting some butter atm then going to add minced garlic lemon juice and dijon mustard. this will be poured over the chops then grilled.

for the spuds they will be roasted in the oven with olive oil salt n black pepper then add some bacon lardons for the last 10mins of cooking.

veg will just be frozen peas.

Went flat out today and cooked up a sweet potato and mango jalfrezi (with a few other vegetables etc thrown in), onion bhajis from scratch, potatoes with a load of funky Indian spices and a fancy basmati rice with cashew nuts/spices/shallots. Took me about four fucking hours to make but was well worth it in the end , made a mountain of it so just living off it for the day. Ended up with about 16 onion bhajis. :)

Wow sounds spectacular %) wish you could take a pic! why haven't the admin sorted out the virtual smell thing yet? Leftovers always taste great, you cannnae beat bits n bobs for snacks, lunches , suppers, n wraps Enjoy :)

^^sounds great spesh, and your chops bogman.

I've never made bhajis...it's some sort of batter mix with the onions yeah? Do you spice and cook the onions, mix with batter, and deep fry? Or is the spice in the batter?

Bet they're a shitload better than shop ones, well jealous.

Really easy to make mate, just get the batter ready which has the spices, chop up your onions, mix and your meant to deep fry but I don't have one so I just put some oil in a pot let it heat up and it works perfectly fine that way. They are really easy to make, if you want the recipe let me know and I can stick it up here got quite a good one that doesn't require loads of spices but they are tasty!

Not the most experienced at cooking so had to take a few photos:

Bad photography skills but just to show. It isn't me wearing the nail varnish in the first picture...honest :sus:

Nice! Busy kitchen. %)

Bhaji's look good...onion in raw then, sweet, I'm gonna try them tomorrow night. You've inspired me :)

What spices did you use? And obviously a heavy batter mix?

I've had another healthy day but again starving.

Two boiled eggs and a carrot, spinach and apple shake for breakfast.
Homemade carrot and tomato soup for lunch followed by a banana.
Some home made salsa (just chuck some tomato, onion, peppers and lime juice into a bowl and blend slightly).
A homemade tattie and pea curry then an apple.

Gonna need to eat something now to kill this hunger ot I'll never be able to sleep.

homw cooking is good :)
