It's a great site really easy to use. When buying wine it's also worth considering that you much better value if you spend around the £10 mark that if you spend around the £5 mark because of fixed rate import duties and tax.
 
No, it doesn't even sell anything.

It's just nice to be able to go the supermarket and not get ripped off and it's nice to share that with other people so they don't get ripped off. Also it would be nice if people used it to try stuff and then reported back here so I have someone to talk about wine with.:)
 
I've currently drank two Special Brew that a friend left when they dropped in. My god does it taste vile. I'm now drinking some cheap swill to keep be comfortably numb while I plow through the last couple of episodes of SoA. I haven't really been watching it since season 5, I've just been fast forwarding the talking bits or to the bits I think I might find interesting, and surprisingly (or maybe not) I've yet to miss any of the key events. Or maybe it's just terribly predictable..

Special brew? I'd have a more enjoyable time by throwing it straight in the bin.
 
had some Belgian beers tonight, a dark ale, a sour and a triple.

earlier on went into pub to meet a mate and parked car at enterance to our estate. just had 2pts in pub and when walking across the room spotted a cop car parked up the road.

decided to walk home and leave car, grabbed some btls of beer from car and walked up 50mts then stopped and waited a minute.

cop car just happens to drive up slow to estate entrance then drive off when they see me up the road from my car.

just hope my car ok in the morning
 
Hi Bogman :),

It's not worth the risk of driving when you have a few pints in you (when police are sitting watching) - instant ban for x amount of years.
 
Bottle of Efes with speed chasers..............................................................Can anyone tell me last time I slept. Lost track again. I did pass out Tuesday in a hotel room this I do know.
 
A special evening for me and a special friend, thus we have opened a bottle of 1970 Bollinger champagne.

I don't have a refined pallet, so it still tastes like fizzy cider to me..
