There was a strange thing in the clubs / bars in Helsinki - they have a smoking room inside but your not allowed to drink in them. They have a row of small boxes outside of the smoking room where you put your drink into before going for a smoke :D.
Was funny as I was clubbing with this guy who wanted a smoke, he was in the smoking room and I was standing outside so we could chat - I was holding his drink with a straw, he would lean over the line take a sip of his drink then lean back into the room.

Haha, madness! They have smoking rooms in Amsterdam, but they're strictly cannabis only. No nicotine!
There are so many places where smoking is permitted - some places have separate areas and some dictate no cannabis etc I never ventured into any bars etc so don't know how strongly that is enforced.
