Had multiple shots of tequila last night, rum and coke, two good beers, WKD, and that still wasn't enough, but I ended up blacking out just before I fell asleep. IDK why but I seem to black out easily nowadays
 
Tequila 8( - I have a love hate relationship with that stuff. Like it with coke, or margaritas but if I overdo it (which I always do) I feel rough the following day.

I've never had it before, I was expecting it to be absolutely disgusting and worse than vodka, but I took a shot and was like <3
It actually tastes really good, but yeah from what I heard you can get easily fucked up off it.
 
If you mix it into a long drink its lovely - double shot of that, one cointrea, can of 7 up and a sqeeze of lime. Nice with coke and as awful as it sounds, goes nice mixed with Larger (Largeritta) they can lead to a killer hangover so not something to overdo.

Getting drunk on Tequilla is a horrible experience.
 
I had the (dis)pleasure of being given a bottle of tequila from someone who had holidayed in Mexico. I'm assuming they must have picked up the cheapest, nastiest shit they could. Shit was foul.

It was probably more expensive than a bottle of duty free but bad quality and marketed for the tourists. Did it have the worm in it ?

Yes, a friend ate it for a laugh. It exploded into a load of puss as soon as he bit into it.

Good quality liquor is delicious though.


I'm having a tiny can of Smirnoff cranberry vodka drink or whatever the fuck this piece of shit is.

edit: graduated to Ciroc vodka, neat. It's p nice. Made from grapes apparently. Didn't know vodka could do that.

had a can of tennents earlier, drinking k cider now and if this doesnt get me buzzed ill progress onto a can of skol or whatever I bought...
 
Working my way through another bottle of red, one of the ones that's perpetually on offer in Sainsburys so nothing brilliant but I've already done a couple of £10 bottles this week so trying to save money. Got some nice cider in the fridge though, maybe later. Contemplating buying some honey JD as well because it tastes like heaven but I am so tight with money that it's a struggle. Going home soon though so maybe I'll get my mother to treat me!

Do you not have a Tescos close by ? They often do the half price bottles - so you could get a couple of nice bottles for a tenner :). If your a wine drinker join one of the clubs - make use of the reduced first time buyers and then either don't buy any more or order the bin end stuff. Welcome to the site btw :)
 
Haha. When I said working through I didn't mean the whole bottle! Only a glass for now, I have finished uni for the year after all. I don't have a Tescos nearby at uni or at home really thinking about it, I normally shop in Waitrose or Sainsburys. Sainsburys do some quite good offers like 2 for £10 (or £12 for the nicer ones) but I can't get those when I'm up here because my nearest is only a Sainsburys local. I'll have to check out the clubs, my step dad is a big red wine fan as well so it would probably be worth it. Thanks for the welcome :D

Had an easier day today, only had a cpl drinks this afternoon when chilling. Water - As drunk way too much this week and need to give whats left of my liver a bit of a rest.
