If that was att on Erowid when they had still had links to vendors still listed on the the site?
Then yes, the site was very obvious/ a see through cover. Selling "poisonous non- consumeables", yeah right!
But it was a nice intro to how to cicumvent the law. And the beginning plantfoods, not ment for human consumption or like in the US bathsalts.
When Erowid got more professional and harm reduction was implemented. These advertisements where removed from the site.
Webtryp victimized a lot, also my Canadian GHB kit seller, so the US has probably got me on a black list. So dont expect me over there any time till that system gets flopped around.
A girl I know can't even enter the US (where here boyfriend lives), why she got caught for clipping Weed in Nl. (illegal activity) so got a sentence, not a fine or inprisonment. But community service and a police record. The Dutch police record is apperently shared with the US border control. Who deny visa based on this one thing.
Now in the US mostly Cannabis is legal. Her applications for a visa are still denied. Dumb ass gouvernement with even dumber rules. Says it all for the US gouvernement a minor offence has more weight then true love.
From my experience JLF was a mail order catalog. You had to write to them if I recall correctly, then you'd get a printed catalog (wasnt many pages). Its possible they had other manifestions, i dont know (don't remember a website). I had a paper catalog. It was thin, they had lists of stuff. Among other thing they sold tramadol in powder form; i bought some. Never bought psychedelics from them; i got those from the pondman. Pondman had a strange all black website -- that actually advertised custom ponds and pond supplies to make it appear semi-legit. He actually was a pond designer. A pond designer that was slanging AMT and 5-MeO-DMT to 17 year olds

In anycase, I don't recall is how I wound up with the JLF catalog or where I found out about them. Maybe it was online, maybe in the classifieds of High Times, that I dont recall, I was 17 at the time.
Of course it just so happens that AMT is unusually toxic compared to many other tryptamines, and it is able to cause single drug fatalities at high doses.
