New Orleans is an H city, its always been, for over 100 years Heroin has been king in New Orleans, its part of the jazz culture, its also unique in that its supplied by the large Vietnamese population there, it has its own connection to Southeast Asia, several famous musicians have overdosed there
It would be impossible for the same bags with the same quality to be sold in paterson and philly at the same time, since philly and jersey dont even use the same type of bags.....philly bags are long, skinny, blue, and double sealed and paterson bags are shorter wider and white and taped closed....so i dont know how you would get the same bags in philly as in paterson....maybe i misunderstood your post but it seems like you are sayin that you copped the same stamp in philly as paterson which dont make sense...declarkified

Philly bags are not double sealed everytime anymore like they used to be and they are not always in the same skinny bags....ive gotten alot of dope in philly that people in cambden had the saame shit same fire quality, those are just people i know who live out there telling...i haven't been to philly in 2 years to cop since i moved to pittsburgh but ive copped in patterson and the dope seems like its the same exact shit i get in philly not necessarily the same stamp but good quality 8 outta 10 shit that has you on your ass. I dont see any difference in it, good prices as well...im just saying philadelphia should definetly be on there. I compare it like this what people in pittsburgh think is a 7 outta 10 is a 5 outta 10 in philly.

I'll vouch for this. I cop in Delaware which is the EXACT same as Philly dope. It is bought street ready in Philly and driven 20 miles down 95, I recently had a Camden bag and it was wide as all outdoors, probably 4 Philly bags in one. I get Philly bags in Delaware for half the price I hear people pay and this Camden bag was twice that figure but was like 4 Philly bags and the quality was insane.

I think Vancouver and Philly need to go up there. Although, Philly and Camden are pretty much the same thing. And whoever says the dope in Philly is different than Paterson or Newark is retarded.. I lived in NJ my whole life and was raised on dope out of Jersey City and Newark and the shit I have gotten in Philly (because I live in PA right now) is just on par with it. In fact, and I know about the heat wrapped, skinny bags, but I have gotten straight up bundles wrapped in the Jersey white, wide bags right in fucking Kensington (Philly) so don't BS me. I know what the fuck I am talking about. Quality fluctuation in Philly is the same as Jersey. Wait till you get into the suburbs and the smaller cities and come talk to me about garbage dope. Your bound to find the same quality dope in Jersey and Philly and NYC. ITS ALL THE SAME SHIT. From Brooklyn to Philly down I-95.

Exactly right. The only differance is maybe in the packaging. As far as the dope goes, it's pretty much the same old.
The way declarkified said it at first sounded like he was saying he copped the same stamps in philly that was in paterson and i was sayin that just dont make sense. I wasnt talkin about the dope itself. obviously u go over the river it aint all that different when you are talkin about the raw before its bagged and cut and stamped n all that. I was sayin if you are tellin me you are consistently gettin the same stamps in philly that you cop in paterson or newark you are makin shit up becuz the majority of dope out there gets cut up in dope mills in philly and then bagged and stamped philly style while the shit in jersey comes out pre bricked and sent to each spot. you might catch a jersey stamp from time to time but they trade set up different in philly when it comes to street level dealing so you aint coppin the same shit in newark as you coppin in philly-- as far as the stamp names go. I aint sayin the DOPE is all a huge amount that different, it aint. but just that the stamps are. the shit changes alot from city to city so much that when you cop in Paterson most of the time you dont even get the same stamps as in Newark nevermind philly.
You might get a few jersey stamps that somebody bought some cheap bricks and brought em over the river or w/ever but the 2 dope trades on the street level is different.

I was with some friends this weekend and one was from Jersey, he said that the H he did this weekend in ATL was the best he has ever done or seen and it was NEW ORLEANS dope, Atlanta is the only city ive ever seen with the variety of H that is available, you can pick between literally 4 different kinds. White asian stuff, dark brown mexican stuff, tan colombian stuff and black tar.PhantomPt2

ATLien, I know you're extremely partial and biased because Atlanta is YOUR hood, but frankly, you're the only one I ever see that claims Atlanta has decent dope. Sorry but it's true. You may by all means have a pretty damn connection and that's awesome, but I highly doubt on a street level you guys have the best variety and purity of dope.declarkified

You right Lacey. On a street level, the stamps are not going to be the same. You have these MAJOR distributors in each area that mill, bag and brick with their STAMP. So if you know your getting the "Black Diamonds" in Jersey City, you know it's coming straight up from that operation. If it's good, then all is good. If it's shit, you know not to fuck with it again. But most of the time.. these mills have it down to a science (at least the ones that have been running for years under the DEA's nose). They know the best cuts and how much cut per kilo and how much dope per bag. It's a science. So if it's banging dope, they will sell quicker and faster. Make a quicker buck and re-up quicker. That's their business model. These mills are everywhere but there are some very large scale ones and I wouldn't be surprised if you seen certain dope milled in Philly or NYC in Jersey somewhere or vice versa. It's a all abotut who you know game. Now I know 90% of the game ain't like that. These local mills sell the bricks to the brick man who bring it into their hoods. For example, one of my main dudes back a few years ago who was a brickman was the man in Jersey City, but he was making his dope runs to Newark to see his supplier. It's all inter-connected. Now talking about NYC-JC-Newark-Paterson is one thing, Philly is a little out of the way.. but the kilos coming out the airport and seaport in Elizabeth does go flying down I-95 to Philly and Camden and they run their shit the same way. 100 miles isn't shit in distance up here. There's plenty of NYC and NJ peeps doing their thing in Philly. To say they are completely different markets is ludicrous. Slight differences in the way shit is run? Absolutely. Quality of dope is on average the same thing. I've had my fair share of Philly dope and North NJ dope and NYC dope. The only difference is the packaging every now and then.Yea, my paterson brick man used to get his ish in Newark. Anyways, we on the same page...i aint sayin nothin different than you are. how ever in philly from the philly heads that I known and talked to there seems to be a little bit more action with the individual sets havin control over the dope in their bags....Not quite on the chicago level where they straight cut and bag it day to day right at that spot but maybe a little bit like that tosome extent.
where as here you got the corner boys buyin up 50 bricks and slangin it and thats all the control they got, from wat i hear in philly its more likely that the spot you cop from got a little bit more to do with the quality, kinda like chicago. i dont know how true that is since I aint the one to talk about shit I aint got much personal experience with. Just the folks I known in the game there told it to me like that. Im emphasizin it that I really dont know personally and Iaint tryna talk about shit I dont know about, so I am just puttin the shit I heard out there and its open to anybody correctin it i would appreciate if u would.
I know jersey.... in jersey you get a stamp you dont like and complain dude can get another stamp but cant control the shit in the bag. Ive heard that in philly the dope sellers at the lower level got more access to the unbagged dope, with certain groups runnin those spots and the shit gets bagged up closer to the street meaning you go to your boy and dont like the stamp and next week he can have the same stamp but topped up a lil bit becuz the shit gets bagged up, closer to the spot out there. I hope the way im sayin it makes sense. And like i said--iunno how true that is I am just speakin from the shit I been told. So please let me know the real if it aint the shit I am sayin. i dont wanna be repeatin some shit that aint correct.
Maybe it aint like that at all and philly trade is just the same as jerz.... dealer buys up mad bricks or logs from a source where its bagged much higher up than him self and then resells and thats it. i dont know so if you do please let me know and correct me if i am wrong.Last edited:

No you right. You hit the nail on the head. Not ALL, but some spots in Philly work that way. The lower end of the distribution have closer access to the packaging of the dope. Some blocks import their bricks from a higher source and some blocks mill the kilos themselves right in some basement or apartment. Doesn't mean the quality is any worse. In fact, it can even be better. But the way it works in Philly is, a certain dude or group of dudes will RUN a couple block radius. So they control the source and supply. In Jersey, it's a bit easier to buy a bunch of bricks and go into business yourself or with your boys somewhere. The turf wars in Philly are much bloodier. Why do you think they have so many murders? It's all over drug turf. Those who control the block make money. In Jersey, it can be like that no doubt, but I know certain spots I was going it wasn't one group. It was a mish mash of dealers just posting up in the projects or block, and some were in gangs and some weren't.bmore$finest

baltimore has a unique dope scene compared to other east coast cities. There is a multitude of colombian dope from all white to beige/tan, grey and even orangeish brown. There is also black tar/mexican mud, and since there is a large amount of nigerians we also get what looks to be asian dope and possibly afghan brown powder.
The best dope i can recall was this greyish hard rocked stuff. the pieces were pressed clean and smooth so it wasnt powdery at all until you actually would crush it then it would be a fine light grey powder and when mixed with water and filtered it would make a dark amber shot and would leave no residue behind in the filter. It would only require a few units of water to go into solution so no need to cook or apply heat. very clean and pure. smooth warm rush and lasted a good while.
And there is always dope in bmore. the quality may decrease a little if the quantity goes down, but since bmore is a small city with a lot of addicts, word travels fast about good product so no one wins by selling shit dope.
