I would never try to buy dope in Chester... too fucking risky. North or even more so South Philly are reasonably safe for a white person to cop. I live in Delco and the cops and judges crucify you for drug violations. In Philly you have to get popped a lot or with a lot to face any serious legal problems. Last month I got pulled over after copping two bags. The police made me open the bags and smash the dope into the street, then they gave me a bullshit ticket just to bust my balls... essentially they fined me $120 for getting caught buying on the corner they were watching. As long as you are honest with them and don't insult their intelligence they are not going to try to ruin your life. Of course there are ball buster undercover cops... just don't be stupid about what your doing like going back to the same spot over and over.
 
I was checking out Wilmington and Chester on Google Maps. First frame in Wilmington I scoped out a cop car lol and Chester, PA just looks like a shit hole. I had a few friends from rehab from down there. And yea, the judges threw some crazy shit at them. I'd rather drive a little extra and go to Philly. It's so big and plentiful there, and yea cops are more likely to be lenient on you. Although, I haven't been down to Philly in over a year. I gotta get back down there and scope it out one day. I don't mind driving for my shit. I used to drive across Jersey to Newark/Jersey City to cop daily. At least I know I'm getting quality shit (especially if I got a number) for a good price, then the garbage I'd get around here. Mainly why I like Philly too.
 
So literally it may not be "Dry" but to the point where itis safe and worth while. To me if I can not get it safely and be some good raw for a good price it's not worth my time. So When I don't have a combination of all those things in a city that's "Top Rated" it's dry to me...

If you listen to rap back in 97 I think it was NAS put out that song called Street Dreams and the first lyric is "my man put me up for a share/one forth of a square/headed to Delaware with one change of gear...."

There used to be a lot of New York boys back in the 90s that would come here and set up shop because of the high profit margins. We also had a lot of people from Philly and occasionally Baltimore do the same thing along with Dominican and Jamacain crack houses similar to what you here about in Detroit where you knock on the door and stick your money in a hole and out another hole crack comes out. As time went on locals started getting their own connects in New York and Philly and started sending out of towners home in body bags. In 98 we had DEA, ATF, City, County, and State police along with Probation and Parole all in cars together in the city because the drug turf battles from a year before that got so out of hand that the previous record for shootings was trippled in 97. It was crazy the summer of 98. You would be driving through the city and every 10-15 minutes you'd pass or see DEA and ATF agents with M-16s and shit and a bunch of people lined up on walls getting aggressively searched. If you check out Wiki it talks about the jump outs. Police pile up in vans and cruise the city and jump out on corners and photograph everyone and search them.

That's the kind of heat that's in Wilmington. As far as out of town drug dealers that's a thing of the past everything is local and unorganized which is to the junkies advantage because of the competition.

And yeah Chester is a fucking shit hole. Not to get off topic but I remember when the New York boys tried to come to North Philly and set up shop. I was dating a girl that lived not too far from Broad and Leigh so I was up there regularly and was in the loop. Them New York boys lasted about 30 seconds in North Philly before they were in body bags. The funny thing is they kept trying. 20 come down, 20 get killed, then they send 20 more, 20 more dead. lol. It's funny and not funny because people got killed but you know what I'm saying.

By rehab you probably mean the Keystone Center... that's the one the county will pay for. Yeah, I stay out of DelCo and do all of my copping in Philly. I got busted in DelCo a few times when I was young and they really stuck it to me. I've never tried Camden, though I hear from time to time about how much better the dope is... I'm just not looking for any more agg... I've had enough. Only way I'd go would be with someone who already knew the scene over there. I'll probably never go there though... I can walk to the EL, ride uptown, get my shit and be back home in about 2 hours.

Uh, I'm not sure. I met a couple people in a rehab/halfway house in Allentown. That's what I meant.

I made this photoshop of the US in regards to the heroin trade. Hopefully I think I got it pretty damn accurate from my knowledge from myself and this site. Red is Mexican black tar, Blue is Colombian tan, Yellow is SE Asian. The darker an area the more concentrated the dope trade is. I tried to do it to my best ability. I know there are areas where there is all 3 or 2 types, but I did it as thinking about the majority. Just something I did when I was bored. I think it's pretty accurate, at least 90%. It's not even fully finished. I didn't do all of Canada or other countries on there.

Pretty good as far as accuracy, although for Memphis,St.Louis you should have put blue as they have more powder commonly,although both have tar,in Memphis powder is much more common.And add SEA to New Orleans, they have (in limited quntitys) all 4 types of heroin, the main type is SA powder,followed by tar, and they also have SEA powder,and SWA #3 although these are the ones in smaller quntities,they have always had all 4 sources in New Orleans, less now than in the past though.
 
Shit in DE is garbage right now. Word is some people got ambitious and started buying weight and making their own stamps and apperently have no idea WTF they are doing. On top of that someone set up my main dealer. I haven't touched the stuff in weeks with one exception and it was garbage, he said a new stamp was coming out in a couple hours and I copped again and that was garbage too.

There are tons of gaps in between spots in North Jersey, where as in Philly you can pretty much walk down any fucking street in a 20+ block radius in Kensington and get anything. i nevr been a newark copper but paterson definately aint like u describing yo. there is huge chunks of the city that u will get flagged down even driving fast not lookin for dope. if u in the 4th ward, the north side, and plenty other places i aint gonna name cuz they too specific....there is just big ol blocked out areas of the city, mad blocks square, that are easy as fuck to cop at. whole big sections, nothing like the spread out scattered spots u are imagining. it aint as big land wise cuz philly so much bigger but for a city as small as paterson its alarge % of the citys area in sq. miles...
 
I guess your right Lacey. I'm was never a big Paterson copper, been there a few times. So I know I don't have experience with the city on a good basis. Jersey City and Newark are more how I described though. But I don't know if you ever been to Philly to cop, it really outweighs North NJ cities in terms of drug turf. Obviously, it's a much bigger city but you can walk 20 blocks in any direction and just get non-stop offers/people slinging. In North NJ cities, your going to hit a business district or something. Philly got it on a large scale, but I'd say NJ cities have it per capita as you described.. because a LARGE % of Newark or Paterson in sq. miles is run by drug turf.
 
right--philly is a big city size wise, so the actual physical size of the space that is drug areas is big. paterson is only 8 square miles and the % of that space that is drug areas is very high. So actual physical size philly for sure but when you look at the percentage of the city that is took up by drug turf i think the north jerz cities take it. good way of lookin at it. Yea I been to philly to cop like 3 times, but never went on much of a tour of the city.
 
They are talking about the higest quality heroin thats the easiest to get, like NJ heroin which is high purity and can easily be scored off the streets in most of the state of NJ, for example. It's true every major city has heroin , but some I guess are harder to get hooked up easily in or have low quality dope. I think that's what they mean by dope capitol IMO, Good strong dope on average and easy to score even for a new person in town, with a little asking!
Thats what I took it as meaning anyway..lol
