Nice one LD, we've just bought one of those machines today. I'd seen it and the pods in the shops and shrugged my way by thinking what a waste of money, but loving the design of it....after all we have perfectly good cafetieres and a percolator. While on hol we stayed with someone who had one and loved it - hence the purchase.

My kitchen smells like a wee coffee shop :D

Have you tried the teas? - What's the chia latte like?

That coffee machine is the balls. Not regretted the purchase once. It's a pleasure at 6.30am %)

So I've went through 2 kindles to date - do I buy a third?

Crushed the screen on one, the battery failed on the other. These things are obviously build for repeat purchasing...

Miss the easiness and lightness of it. Library books are magic and I'll keep using our local library unless we lose the service, but I do miss the weightlessness of the kindle and the disgusting, porn filth of some of the reading sections =D

Buy - or not?
 
I say "buy". I am a huge hard copy fan, nothing replaces a pages and binding. But it's difficult for travel and commuting. And porn books attract too much attention from the wrong types.

Been hankering for a new bike for a while now. Should have the funds for the rest of the build next week hopefully

Ooh, and a set of huge 40mm carbs for my bike to replace the 36mm stockers which I have had ultrasonic ally cleaned and rejetted.

Which is nice.
 
Bought a hot tub the other week,
New set of 6 oversized forged Pistons,
Billet con rods,
ANOTHER turbo :'(

Think I'll buy an Audi A8 later this week 3.0tdi make 300bhp with a remap, I love my big executive saloons, makes me feel like a high roller when I'm driving ;) haha

Probably a few days away next week for me and the gf too

Oh and a 10g sample of meph to replace the 5g that never arrived! Grrrr

I didn't know Porsche were in the group so to speak, I know the ties but thought it was exclusively VW and Audi, every day is a school day :)
 
Looks like the A8 won't be in the next 2 weeks the one I want has been sold :( absolutely GUTTED!

I'm an Audi fan, had 3... First off a 2.0 FSI, then a mk V golf GTI, then got an 09 plate Audi S3 and now have a 62 plate Audi RS3... 2.5L turbo 335bhp, getting it remapped when the warranty is up, will be 410bhp then!! =D
