Thanks... I thought as much. It's so stupid of me to still be smoking especially when i feel there really could be something wrong. I mean, whats it going to take for me to quit? My son has been at me for years about it. He's so good at the guilt thing "you're going to die if you don't quit mum" added with those big puppy eyes looking at me follwed by and "I love you"
Fuck! If i can't do it for me i should be doing it for him and the fact that i'm still smoking makes me feel like a really selfish bitch and i hate that! grrrrrrrrr
ps - I really want to read that Carr book. Have heard so many positive things about it.
