The Pharmaceutical Speedball (opiates + uppers) Q&A/Discussion (Mega)Thread

Hydrocodone and Adderall was pretty nice, Although I much prefer the curve ball combo. 2-3mg xanax (or equivalent of another benzo) + Adderall. All the good effects of both, x4 with a very noticeable euphoria (both drugs alone aren't much fun imo, together there actually pretty awesome)
 
I agree with azatos, benzos can be a nice touch, although I personally prefer lorazepam or clonazepam....and its easy to get ahead of yourself...but then again its easy to get ahead of yourself on benzos in general....

Might be somewhat off-topic, but my mother said she had quite a few cases back when she began nursing in the '70's in which she had to apply pharmaceutical cocaine paste to a patient's nasal cavity or other area before sticking catheters and breathing tubes in them. This practice has fallen out of favor due to lower cost, less abusable topical anesthetics but she said she would consistently be throwing out 100mg packets that had a huge amount of product still remaining in them and felt very much wierded out by the whole experience. %)

I have heard reports from more than one person that when amphetamines and benzos find there way into an IV preparation there is a large chance you will wake up 4 days later, 100 miles from home, shirtless with someone elses underwear on... Not sure what to call it, but an "amnesia-ball" wouldn't be too inappropriate!

There is some synergy that hits you and will Never let you forget this is the wrong side of the tracks. That lasts as long as IV Coke lasts which is really only 30 seconds max. After the coke has left your system there is a reduced often significantly, impact of the opiates as they whittle away at the acute coke wd. Something everyone deserves to try but never more than once, or better yet dont try it all because it is extremely dangerous and many, many people die this way.

Its very dangerous to exclusively use cocaine as the stimulant in a "speed-ball" type IV as the cocaine has a much shorter duration than the heroin or other depressant can have. You could inject more heroin than you would be able to stand without the cocaine keeping you alive, and once that cocaine leaves your system, the heroin is still there and that is primarily why people die from the risky practice; over-estimating their tolerance to heroin without the cocaine!

This is why my daily regiment consists of 120mg methadone, and 60mg of d-amphetamine; I call it a "dough-ball" since it sounds like "done". Hehe...

If you are going to mix a GABA agonist to the mix, you'd better have a fairly high dose.
That stimulant will blow it out of the water.

60mgs of Adderral IR + 40mgs of ambien = Energetic Love

Oh yeah, that counts! I've only tried 1,4-butanediol which is great in combination with amph.
 
I've taken hydromorphone and amphetamine orally before, but right now I'm trying insufflating both and see how it compares.

Coming down from 60mg Temazepam + 90mg Adderall after 6 days straight awake. Accidental speedball, long story short.

Some fucked up shit.

Oh god; that was a great couple days after I bought a nice sack of pulverized methaqualuude before leaving the capital region (Pretoria/Johannesburg/african re-name) and very much enjoyed taking them orally to sleep so I could have a little euphoria when I crashed for the night. But one of the days in South Africa I was told people actually smoke the shit; and of course I immediatly went back to the hotel, made a make-shift pillo and about 20 seconds later... felt like I was picked up by a cloud but not super intoxicating either; great feeling of just enjoying your existence entirely, not unlike MDMA, yet completely different at the same time. Basically a rocket-ship to a great feeling of contentment with life and being truely "comfortably numb." Also, I got really rauchy off that combination of d-amp+qualuude; made me almost go nuts because I was too wigged out to bother with self-service but of course I didn't spend enough time in SA to develop something like a vacation-fuck realtionship, god...those are liberating! =D

When I combined it with some of my d-amphetamine I had "smuggled" into the country (didn't know legality) the next day maybe 45m after taking 40mg of Dexedrine I immediately realized why this is a super-addicting combo. I felt all the above effects yet alert, awake, and ready to fuck anything that moved even more hardcore than before. Luckily, or unluckily I guess you can say as well; I had to leave like 3-4 days after I found out how great Qualuudes are, but that is definately one of the things I would put on a combination if I were to include all the best drugs into one IV preparations...

A pharmy speedball will never compare to the real thing. I just took 50mg Hydrocodone (after a 2 year abstinence from all opioids except my Suboxone maintenance) with 30mg Adderall and feel just a little balanced with a nice head buzz. Maybe too much Adderall or too little Hydrocodone.

EDIT: Lyrica and Oxyodone + Adderall is the closet thing to a real speedball for me. Personally, Lyrica gets me higher than any benzo or weak opiates like Codeine, Darvocet and Tramadol.

IV Hydromorphone + Dexmethylphenidate will have you thinking differently... shit hits you like freight train runnin no-breaks down a 10% grade... %)

Edit: Assuming you micron filter the Dexmethylphenidate and/or the Hydromorphone if its not a brand name Dilaudid which is freely soluble and needs very little prep which is great since while I never did it, people in the hydromorphone IV community would back-load their pills, pull up some saline; and just slam it home with no particulates at all floating around and solution clear as saline can be! :D
