Well, I've only lived here a few weeks, and really only know a couple of heroin dealers, and the hear-say is, that the quality isn't that good, as it is with the Heroin..and I haven't yet tried to score coke, to find out for myself.

-I agree though, I do make exceptions as well, here and there.

Lubbock, stephenville, nacadoches, San Marcos. all 4 of those towns i have scored good blow in. and in Dallas/DFW you cant get great quality with the right hookups and average quality just by asking random peeps at bars n parties n shit

When I was hard-core into using my pharmaceutical opioids for "chronic pain" and just IV them all I would love to take a large IV hit of hydromorphone/d-amphetamine a couple of times a month when the drug supply would support using them up that fast.

I call it a snow-ball, which may or may not be a taken name, but fuck-it; it was a great IV combination, though I'm sure doing either without the IV rigs wouldn't be nearly as euphoric or mind-blowing!

I always thought amphetamines + barbs was called a "goofball", but that could be a regional thing....the closest I've gotten is fioricet + adderall...and it was quite nice.

My favorites as far as pharms go:

dexedrine + hydromorphone is amazing
adderall + hydrocodone syrup (in the form of tussionex)

and as usual, amphetamines + benzos, I almost never take amphetamines without at least taking an ativan on the comedown.

A "Goof-Ball" is definitely a very interesting name for the d-amp/hydro-morphone IV combo I have come to love, but you are so right; its amazing

80mg valium seems like it would just mellow you down so much that you wouldn't feel anything else...but I suppose that's the point, with a name like "Sunset Cocktail"

And as far as the "goofball" goes, I meant amps + barbs, either mixed or in a single dose pill (read: the dexamyl and related "antidepressants" of the 60s and 70s). I've taken my butalbital+APAP combination (fioricet, phrenalin, and a number of other brand names) with adderall or dexedrine and its a more euphoric version of everybody's favorite "ball", amphetamines and benzos.

But, like I said earlier, dextroamphetamine + hydromorphone is probably the best pharmy speedball I've ever had, and the best speedball in general I've ever had.

Lucky you whoever can get pharm-grade cocaine...

Adderall + Oxycodone followed by a low dose of intramuscular Ketamine thirty minutes later to 'enhance' the effects of the Oxycodone. When I say 'enhance' I mean that it changes the high of Oxycodone. Its a great floaty experience. A small dose of Adderall provides a boost of stimulation.

I used to love doing 20-40mg methylphenidate with 80-240mg of oxycontin both IV'd either in the same rig or one after the other. But after awhile it got too much and I stopped doing IV methylphenidate but I didnt stop IV oxy until I got on methadone. I also did IV oxy with IV methamphetamine and IV heroin with IV meth but thats not pharmy.

I would have to disagree the combined effects of a true speedball are more than the sum of its parts.
That is:
There is some synergy that hits you and will Never let you forget this is the wrong side of the tracks. That lasts as long as IV Coke lasts which is really only 30 seconds max. After the coke has left your system there is a reduced often significantly, impact of the opiates as they whittle away at the acute coke wd. Something everyone deserves to try but never more than once, or better yet dont try it all because it is extremely dangerous and many, many people die this way.
