Midazolam and methylphenidate iv.

Ok. But not a patch on heroin and cocaine iv.

Water soluble benzos best kept out of shots containing cocaine. Kind of diminishes the experience. Heroin and coke have a synergy and midazolam, while pleasant, only subtracts from the equation.
 
ritalin and morphine was fantastic (same rig)
pretty much the only "pharm"-ball I've ever done.
though high dose adderal nasal and oc was good. desoxyn and oc was good. pretty much that's it.

side note: "cannonballs" meth+coke+heroin same rig is a godly powerful rush. not for the faint of heart (literally. if you have heart problems, reserve a grave plot or make arrangements with the local mortuary cuz it will blast you away).
 
My favorite pharmaceutical speedballs are- NOTE: I take my drugs orally, I know a 'true speedball' is supposed to be IV'd, I just never IV'd anything in my life, and don't plan on to. Oral works perfectly fine for me. :) I have NOTHING against people who IV, I have friends who actually IV their drugs, if that's your thing, then hey, that's your thing. But my way, Is oral all the way. :)

Oxycodone + Adderall

Hydrocodone + Adderall

Methadone+ Adderall

Of course, I always smoke weed and cigarettes daily with whatever drug im on. But holy shit, those combos I listed, smoking a joint after, and having a cig after that is AMAZING. Cigs are the BEST when you're really high. I can chain smoke while high, but when im not high, I only smoke cigs after I eat, or smoke a bowl of weed. I HATE cigs by themselves. But I LOVE them when high. LOL:)
 
Old thread but new to me and a good if jealous read.

Back in the UK getting anything pharma benzos,ambien ,ritalin is virtually impossible unless its 5mg valium each day for 2 weeks....

But I through street dealers 10yrs ago [and still no if I moved .But I been mostly clean for 8-10yrs til 2yrs ago..

Now in Thailand thankfully we can get ritalin ,no adderal as its a amphet ,no codeine product and morphine only to cancer patient inpatient. I've tried.........Tramadol as is gabapentin ,lyrica is otc but they had a huge crackdown on tramadol so I'm I am stockpiling.

As a foreign with a good job I stay clear or any street stuff from those I don't know or trust. Too many set ups here.

So my chemical 'shitball' not my choice of mixes but needs must.

This is 4-5 times a day everyday.

Tramadol about 200-250mg I think opiate buzz has gone and it more stimulating now.
20mg ritalin x 3 a day
6mg clona a day [want more]
2mg xanax a day[want more]

xanax -though you are limited even from phych hospital to 2 x each day [think like a junkie ,hit more hospitals ,there is no cross communication].

I Have to use cimetidine, hydroxyline ,trazodone [in the day] and Mirtazapine which compliments everything.

No more nodding :-( and drooling in nostalgia watching old flick unless I can afford pregablin. If knock those back i get super f--ked or add booze but I won't cause I bodybuild -irony.

So I wanna try Speedball because I love both drugs and putting them together has to be even better right? My question is what the fuck are my pupils gonna do because ur pupils get so big on cocaine/crack and so tiny on smack so?
 
I recently tried a combo of a speedball type high and holy shit was I ripped. I took..

80mg methadone (oral)
4mg dilaudid (plugged)
1.5mg xanax (oral)
60mg Adderall (oral)
.2g methamphetamine (smoked)

honestly thats probably the best high I've had in my life. Very comparable to the first time I tried mdma (we All know how that is), but probably even more euphoric. The Xanax took the edge off the meth and adderall and made the high perfect. Man I wish I can do that again.

note: this combo is extremely dangerous, I have a very high tolerance to drugs. Only high folks with high tolerance can handle this combo I listed. Very easy to od off this combo is tolerance is a issue.

I think after 20-30 minutes they become pinned. Can't recall ever looking at my eyes in the minutes after shooting coke/crack+heroin. I would also think it would depend on how much of each drug was in the shot.
 
Quick question guys, I took my morning dose of heroin and then took 30mg of adderall xr and I feel minor wd symptoms now. Is this all in my head or is this normal? Wtf is going on? I've gotta work in a bit which is why I took the Addie's and idk wtf is going on. Is it gonna get worse? Please respond ASAP! Thanks guys...

NOTE: I'm not dispensing advice as I'm not too familiar with Ritalin, nor do I know your experience with both pharms, and therefore am clueless as to what your tolerance is. THE FOLLOWING IS INTENDED TO GET YOU TO DO SOME SCHOLARLY RESEARCH (IF NEEDED, I CAN SEARCH THE PERIODI ALSO FOR YOU).

25mg of hydrocodone is a tiny dose for a regular/semi-regular opioid user. When I was diagnosed ADD-PI, I tried Ritalin and felt it was weak and "dirty" feeling (don't remember my Ritalin dose, this was years ago). 200mg Ritalin seems quite high though. 200mg of dextroamphetamine would keep me up for 3 days or more. Also, I would look into the effects of Ritalin on liver and kideny function. You may have a bad time if you're liver is suffering from the APAP and Ritalin (if large amount of Ritalin affects your metabolic system in an adverse way).

Personally, I used to take 100mgs Dexedrine, followed by 60mgs oxycodone and 1mg alprazolam every 4-5 hours and it was highly enjoyable. By the time I was on cusp of sleep, I typically would have consumed 180mgs of generic oxycodone (15mg green ones) and 8mg alprazolam. Looking back now, I wish I hadn't done it because it got be hooked on the downers (which I still struggle to abstain from). It's not my intention to lecture you, but to get you thinking about all the variables and possible outcomes, as this is a HR site after all. I can't with a good conscience recommend this combo to you without evidence from the literature. Chances are nothing terrible will happen, but better safe than sorry. Good luck and stay safe. Some pharmers believe their fields will flourish forever, until frostbite brings famine and they find their favorite acres must lay fallow for a season or more, for simple pharmaceutical mistakes will land you in the same soil the seeds were meant for.

Oxy and foclin are the best to mix in my opinion. Everyone should do themselves a favor and stop adding Benzos into the mix. Those are for the come down or a day off of partying.. It is pointless, in my opinion, to mix opiates and Benzos, especially when you are going to counter act it with an upper anyway!!
