phenethylo j, I'm really glad things worked out for you your doctor's office. Also glad to hear that you are doing more physical activity.
I get really depressed sometimes and spend a lot of my time in bed or on the sofa isolating during those times. I notice that in addition to my regular pain, I have a lot of lower back pain just from lack of movement.
Doomed, what's going on with you Darling? The most recent info I remember was you received some meds (although nothing that has been doing lots of good) to hold you over til your paper work went through properly. Then you were supposed to start a trial run of a new opiate ...Am I right so far lol? Just woke up and it was strange, I immediately wondered how you were and what was new in your never ending quest for relief that you deserve

(BIG run-on sentence, wow.)
I gather from your comment about the diazepam that you are going through a tough time emotionally. How are you doing in that arena compared to the last time we spoke privately?
I hope everyone is doing as well as possible today. It's 8:30 in the morning where I am and it's very cold, but the sun is out so that's good

I will go ahead and vent about this just to get it off my chest. This is 1 of the things I love about this place. I am comfortable sharing so many things with you all that I am NOT comfortable sharing with many people in my physical world.
OK...I woke up in the middle of the night in fentanyl wd's (probably a 5 on a scale of 1-10) and physical pain was at about a 7, conservatively. I immediately took a pretty high dose of my BT med and laid back down waiting for it to kick in. It did not. After pacing around and trying to go back to sleep for a couple of hours, I gave in and put on a new patch. I put it on about 3a.m. and have had 2 more rounds of BT's since, and I am starting to feel better in both areas.
The patch I applied was my last one. I cannot get more till the 5'th, so instead of changing every 2 days as directed I have been stretching it out
quite a bit... last time I changed it before last night was the 25th (that sounds really bad considering today is the first but remember there were only 28 days in February), and the time before that was the 21'st.
I'm concerned b/c the wd's have been arriving earlier and earlier (maybe due to the somewhat steady slowing down?) and I'm not sure what kind of shape I will be in come the fifth.
Can anybody tell me, is what I have been doing the equivalent of quickly lowering the dose of the drug?
By the way, the reason I ran out early is due to the usual adhesion issues

Just Wanted to share with people who understand and I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this rambling.
