Im only going from what Ive heard over the years that Carl Williams mostly sold shit drugs including crap pills with lots of speed and a bit of MDMA, thats why he could sell pills for half the price his opposition sold them for.

In part it say's.....

You, Carl Anthony Williams and you, Walter Foletti, have each pleaded guilty before me to one count of trafficking in a commercial quantity of drugs of dependence, namely, MDMA and methylamphetamine, in the form of tablets sold as "Ecstasy" tablets and one count of trafficking in a drug of dependence, namely, cocaine.

The first relevant meeting took place on 12 April 2001 when you, Foletti, sold Jimmy 500 Ecstasy tablets for the sum of $8,500. A free sample of cocaine which was later found to be 35% pure was supplied to Jimmy by you, Foletti, on that occasion. During that meeting you, Foletti, stated to Jimmy that you could supply up to 50,000 Ecstasy tablets and could also supply cocaine and amphetamine. Following that meeting you, Foletti, were followed covertly by police. You were then observed to meet Carl Williams at the Water Gardens Shopping Centre. You, Walter Foletti, again met Jimmy on 22 April 2001 during which meeting you agreed to provide an ounce of cocaine for $5,000. You also stated to Jimmy that you were expecting another shipment of imported Ecstasy tablets which tablets would contain MDMA and that such tablets would be available for purchase by Jimmy for the sum of $13 per tablet provided a minimum of 25,000 such tablets were purchased by him.

BUT Carl was selling......

Once again, those 8,000 tablets themselves alone contained commercial quantities of both MDMA and methylamphetamine.

I note that in your case, Foletti, it is contended by your counsel that you intended to sell only Ecstasy, that is, MDMA, and that you were unaware of the fact that the tablets sold by you as Ecstasy tablets, in fact contained methylamphetamine

Although it doesnt give actual amounts contained, its a common fact that manufactures generally put speed in pills containing low amounts of MDMA.

Also the "A"'s and "V"'s were supposed to be a tribute to Andrew "Benji" Veniamins death? Some of you have said that the "A" and "V" appeared around 2002? Veniamin didnt get shot until 23 March 2004. I could be wrong on this though.
 
Not that you need any backing up Mister but I'd just like to say that it is widely known that his pills commonly contained Methamphetamines + MDxx, and more often then not the primary active ingredient was Methamphetamines opposed to MDMA.
I suspect the reasons come down to personal preferance, Availability, and profit margin.

What makes you so sure that Mister is wrong yeahbutno, cause from what I can tell Mister was bang on the money?

mkay then?i've gotta agree with mister and TS14 all i've heard is that carl william was a dog and the pills he was pressing fucked up the market while the maron (or how ever u spell it) boys were pushing out good MDMA pills

Nah in underbelly, tony mockbell taught Carl to cook and press and then he got the Morgan's to buy a press and start pressing pills and that he would cook and press for them. Then he started to make their pills shit and make his own on the side and sell his for like $1 or so cheaper to the people the morans where sellin to und cut the morans out. Then they shot him

i was lurking around book stores the other day and it appears their is an influx of books on the subject, i was almost tempted to blow some money on it but i went to the bottleo instead :D

nah he was tcooking for them (according to underbelly) and while carl jason and mark (i think thats the right names) were all cooking together before carl started dogging them they were pushing quality E's then carl started using there press to make his own cheaper made shitter quality E's before people started to pay people to cook for him.then it just got worse n worse,but aye this is all pretty much speculation heaps of people were munching down his E's insted of the maron's E's even tho they were lower in quality.hell he was selling the pills for less than half what the maron boys were selling em for and you know what the average punter is like always after the cheapest drugs :\

I wont lie, i watched and enjoyed underbelly- but it was more of a fiction story.
Anyways, bring on the long weekend!!
