trying to help my bones, and juice my endocrine system - so i have been guzzling half and half with a big ass spoonful of turmeric and then a good amount of black pepper...it certainly helps detox, i will sweat like a pig sleeping, and piss like a hoarse in the morning!

Tin of branston baked beans..
With 2 fried eggs and ketchup slapped ontop of that =D

And a cuppa tea with no sugar

not had time to be eating well with work, but so glad the tourists are going away and I am seeing less of them feels like this is the first proper meal I have had in ages. And to top it someone else made it for me :D paella which was just lovely, oh and the bottle of rose with it was much appreciated :)

This awesome quinoa pilaf recipe...

in a bowl, topped with two beautiful poached eggs. :)

Man, I wish I had the time to cook this kind of good food for myself everyday. I'd eat like a KING... if only I didn't have... other uses for my time!

some grapes that we grow at the restaurant where I work. The water source for the vines is all of the half dranken glasses that would otherwise go down the drain.

^ At first I thought you were talking about glasses of wine, and I was like, "OMG grape cannabalism!" Anyhow, waste not want not!

I just discovered a really nice (probiotic!) snack:

A little olive oil and a heaping helping of saurkraut on top of a piece of whole wheat toast!

I'm totally taking and using that recipe. Thank you for sharing! It looks SO good. :D

I should go to cooking school. Wouldn't that be cool? Learn how to be Mr. Fancy Chef?
