Made a pizza using : thick dough crust, pizza sauce with some chipotle powder, blend of cheeses, chicken, tomato, and spinach. Was wonderful. Green tea was added aswell.

I just got a new juicer as a christmas present so I'm about to be in juice land for awhile.... if anyone has any good recipes to share, please do! My go-to is carrot-apple-ginger but I also love experimenting with whatever I got in the pantry. Anyone else juice? What the heck do you do with all the leftover plant fiber? I do compost it but I still feel like I'm just making some really expensive compost I wish there was something edible I could create with this by-product.
Just made a healthy veggie burrito wrap thingy for dinner. It's easy to make them all week if you set up all the ingredients in the fridge and just assemble whenever you want to eat one.
soft tortillas
low fat shredded cheese
low fat ranch dressing
a scoop of black beans
a scoop of black olives
a couple slices of avocado
a couple slices of tomato
cilantro
sliced carrots
salt, pepper
