^ Nah, not really. Lol.

I made a huge pot ("vat" might be a better term lol) of soup. Store-bought broth; frozen carrots, potatoes, onions, broccoli, celery; ring-shaped pasta; and lentils. Yum. Should feed me for a week.

It's never too early!

I think that if you haven't had real cheese for a few years, then Daiya would be pretty amazing. It does melt well, and it does kind of string when it melts, but the actual texture proper isn't right, and the flavour is out to lunch. Don't get me wrong, it's not inedible like most fake cheese, but it isn't the best thing in the world that most long-term vegans would have you believe.

Now homemade nut cheese on the other hand.... it doesn't melt worth shit, but if you want something with a texture like goat cheese and a mild but interesting flavour including the bacterial goodness then that's the way to go. Takes work, and time, but is well worth it.

^ That's a good point. I last had real cheese about a year ago, though I had some "rice cheese" slices a couple weeks ago and they weren't *too* terrible once melted. Cold, they tasted like cardboard.

The best "cheese" I've had to date was a raw cashew-based "cheese" in a "cheesecake" at a raw vegan hotel/spa/restaurant place. Sooooo good. If you have any recipes for any form of nut cheese, please send them my way. :)

Calzonies.

Custom made calzone.

Pepperoni, Corn, Bacon, Mozz cheese, Chicken and Chilli mix. One pound.

Loaded fries - One pound of fries covered in melted cheese and bacon.

A quart of orange juice.

I get so hungry after going to the gym. Gotta cut out the fried/greasy foods though. It's so good though! And they deliver until 4am free of charge >.<

I have been making this almost every weekend.
You can substitute the meat, cheese, or veggies. I have used soy crumbles, turkey sausage, and pork.

Stir-fry with red potatoes (not sure if I like 'em or not... So used to white/Russet), spinach, carrots, and garlic. About to get something--Not sure what yet though. I want something sweet but my house has none of that since I don't normally want anything sweet.

Two cups of "Old Fashioned" oatmeal cooked with water, with a large teaspoon of natural peanut butter and about a quarter cup of raisins. Just realized I forgot the banana! Lol

whoa hardess makes chili dog@! holy fuck i did not know.

I just ate a shake with skim milk, two big chunks of sweet taters, 2 scoops of protein powder

and a tablespoon of fish oil on the side

bagel with butter, 2 eggs, protein bar, 16oz skim milk & 2 cups mate

I wasn't a lazy motherfucker today and decided to try my hand at a full breakfast, I'm about half way there I think.

Yep! You got it. Been that way for a while now. Lost about 15 pounds back in June and have put less than 5 back on.
