Just made some baked chicken coated with a mix of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy and some Italian style breadcrumbs. Having a little of that with a side of applesauce and drinking some water.
Just had some korean taco at the dining hall, then realized it had pork which isn't kosher then I had ahamburger and it was all better along with mango-flavored water of course
Banana "heart" (that pithy thing at the end of a whole stalk of bananas), chopped and stewed in coconut milk with loofah gourd, jute leaves, and okra. All from our garden, really good stuff.
^^^love banana heart. Last thing I ate was a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread. Haven't eaten a sammich in like forever! But somebody got it for me at work so....:D It was yummy.
I last had old fashioned oats cooked with unsweetened hemp milk, with some raisins and smashed macadamia nuts. Weirdest thing ever is that the taste combinations makes it taste similar to coconut. Not nearly as sweet, but very similar with a subtle taste/texture kinda thing.

.75lb tinned chicken breast, strained with cold water through a colander to rid of excess sodium before eating (I put pepper on it too)
