chicken lo mein + ground chicken burger on a roll + skim milk

I also had chicken for lunch. What a wonderfully tasty animal.

tuna salad with roasted red pepper hummus (no mayo needed) w/spinach leaves on 12 grain whole wheat
blueberry grrek yogurt w/raw almonds and mixed berries

- 2 carrots
- 3 Italian baby tomatoes
- 1 apple
- a small helping of bean curry
- steamed broccoli
- steamed carrots
- snacked on assorted sprouts
- 1 slice plain wholewheat toast

all I do is eat :)

chicken stir fry (Soy Vay Teriyaki, ginger, garlic, sugar snap peas, red and orange pepper)
brown rice

Spinach stir-fried with garlic and olive oil. Yeah, not the most interesting dinner, but I love spinach and garlic.

In a bit I'm going to have an apple, an orange, and a banana. :)

Yogurt with sprouted grain/legume granola, raspberries, whole fig preserves, raw honey, a banana, and white peony tea.

Vegan soy-free pita pizza (Daiya is okay, but upon this test I found it way too Velveeta-ish), a big 'ol spinach and walnut salad and a couple liters of water over the course of the evening.

Eww, it is like Velveeta? I've been debating trying it... Now I think I'll pass, lol.

Plain, unflavored oatmeal, with a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter, with a quarter cup of raisins, and a banana. Yum.

It's okay in a grilled 'cheese' sandwich as long as you have good bread, but in something like a pizza where it's front row centre flavour and texture-wise it's not the best. Or rather, it's still the best vegan cheese that I've seen, but still not actually 'good' in that application.

OT: Haven't had anything to eat yet, but I've just polished off my Saturday morning treat: soymilk aeropress 'latte'. Yum.

Thanks, Dave. I won't be going out of my way to buy this now--I was told it was "phenomenal" for pizzas and even for something like lasagna.

The last thing I drank was water. Not feelin' so well today... I don't foresee 1600ish calories happening today...
