Looking forward to starting my cycle test/EQ I've taken the last 10 weeks off to heal a bicep injury. Starting weight is 230 and 17.4% BF. Keep you posted on my developments.
 
I recommend doing a bit of a cut before starting a bulker esp with eq andttest will add a lot of mass though estrogen might be a bit oon the high side.
Keep us posted regardless of what you do :)

Its always prudent to lower body-fat to around 10-12% prior to commencing a cycle.. As the aromatase enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen is found largely in adipose (fat) tissue. More fat, more estrogen associated side effects...
It might be best to re-start light training for a few months to allow bicep to fully heal, and to address the issue of some weight-loss, through dietary management and more cardio..

I've just come into possession of 2 vials of Deca (200mg/ml, total 4,000mg) and a touch over 2.5 vials of Tren Ace (100mg/ml, total ~2500mg). For the purpose of my question, I can acquire more.

I've never used Deca before, and am interested in giving it a whirl while I've got it lying around. Have been considering a blast for a little while, though I haven't really been keen enough to bother coming up with a proper cycle regimen and then going out and sourcing everything lol...

So. My question is - what would be the 'best' dosage and injection frequency for an 8-10 week blast utilising the deca and tren on hand? I was thinking something like:

1-10: 350mg/wk Test
1-8: 490mg/wk deca
7-8: 350mg/wk Tren
9-10: 540mg/wk Tren
1-10: 12.5mg Exemestane EOD

So that's a constant 350mg test per week for the whole run. First 8 weeks would be the deca, overlapping with the lower dose of tren in weeks 7 and 8, then dropping the deca and increasing tren for weeks 9 and 10. Ideally I will pin everything EOD. I have aromasin for AI on hand, and will have caber handy just in case.

Thoughts? Changes? I'm not 100% sure on the dosages for the deca, nor the duration given it's a long acting ester rather than NPP...but I feel 8 weeks would be long enough given I'll be adding in the tren at the beginning of week 9, which will possibly have synergistic effects with the remaining deca still circulating. Given I'm cruising and therefore no PCT, the longer half life of the deca shouldn't be a concern (aside from side effects, which I don't believe are as much of a concern as using Tren E or something).

The only compound that is capable of aromatizing into estrogen is the Testosterone 350mg/wk which isn't much, you don't need aromasin..

You know my thoughts on cabergoline..!!

Maybe taper down the test for a couple of weeks after you finish the tren.... as its pretty suppressive...

I was under the impression Nandrolone could aromatise, albeit at a lesser rate than test:

The estrogenic effect of nandrolone if you are prone to it is from estrone via AR (androgen receptor), there is no way of knocking it out with anti estrogen drugs, you have to block the AR, which is kinda pointless for growth....
If you are prone to estrogenic sides from nandrolone don't use it..Sorry...

Excuse 1 - baby was sick for 2 weeks, trips to and from doctors between working and trying to organise having a clean house...
Excuse 2 - she got sick for about 10 days forcing me off work for half that time and also the gyn
Excuse 3- got a tattoo across my chest that got infected and was incredibly painful to move in any sort of arm rom.
Excuse 4 - gf in case you didn't all already know had bipolar disorder and depression due to her past has had a mental breakdown...

So basically I haven't trained in 3-4 weeks my life has been a mess the past few weeks on top of that I've had tonsillitis twice... And got caught drink driving...

Trying to find the motivation to go back is a wank...
 
Goddam nolys. Helluva time you're having. As someone who royally Almost fucked their life up at about your age, priorities! Family first, get the dui taken care of, take care of the baby and your girl. There's still plenty of time for gym, hormones, and bodybuilding. Best of luck man hope things work out!
 
Seems every cycle uve had has fucked up somehow I have no luck finishing runs...
Save money for a monster blast with gh included. Truly mutate your physique. Or something with high dose primo. Good slow quality gains.

Time to get this back going again. What's everyone doing this spring? I'm cutting hard as to prepare for summer blast. It's still cold here so some elevated body temp from stims and fat burners won't make me sweat like I'm in an oven.
