^they don't have to rewrite the FAA, just schedule phenazepam... And if its problematic enough they could emergency schedule like with mdma and some psychs.
As benzodiazepines are CIV, the Analog Act does not apply to them. MDxx and most of the widely used psychs (LSD, psilocybin, etc.) are all Schedule I.
In theory, it could be made Rx only, but I've never heard of a doctor prescribing it in the US or Canada.
Qwe - it's a lot different from sugar in its texture. I don't think you could dose it accurately and if the powder were to accumulate in some particular place in the sugar, it'd be a potential OD situation. Really the safest and most reliable method, IMO, is to use USP/food grade propylene glycol. It is cheap and easy. I will post a source for it if the mods give the OK; it is a completely legal chemical used frequently in cosmetics.
When I used phenaz, I made a preparation of 100 mg phenaz mixed into 100 ml PEG and agitated it well in a small, non-reactive plastic bottle. I took a small eyedropper/infant syringe that had a capacity of 1 ml, very clearly marked, sucked up 1 ml of the solution and put it in a glass of soda and stirred. Subjectively, it did feel like 1 mg of Xanax, only more amnesic.
It really bugs me out to think about people not dosing phenaz in the manner I have outlined. As I no longer use it, I will ask a present user for their thoughts on whether the phenaz out there is being cut, and if so, with what.
