"Woo, not forgotten this thread. My American supplier had his packages confiscated at customs so reshipped under a different name and I guess better packaging. They wanted to meet him face to face, I'm not sure what would happen there, since it's a powder you're allowed to own?

Im confused about what you are saying here. You are saying that the supplier you get your phenaz from had the package he sent you seized by customs and now they want to meet with him? Are you outside the US? Can you clarify all of this please-DG
 
Yes this is all oddly stated but intriguing.

I just realized why my supply is taking so long, the jackoffs didn't ship it until YESTERDAY. Anyone know how long first class mail takes to get cross-country?
 
out of curiosity, why do so many people talk about disolving this benzo in some sort of solution? for dose-measuring or injection purposes or what?
 
for dose measuring, at least for the vast majority of instances. It's very potent and active at or even under 1 mg.
I found 1 mg to be *enough* when I tried it one single time. I thought getting access to affordable benzos would
become hard but it has turned out for the better, so now I use more practical ones if needed. Practical in terms of
dosing / weighing as well as duration and type of hypnotic sedation.

So now then phenazepam is sitting around for, well I don't know, I want to zombie the crap out of myself for 3 days
because of what I did the period before that moment.
 
interesting. i've never even run across 1/2 the benzos i read about on here, e.g. phenazepam, temazepam, etc. - are they prescribed less in the u.s. or is it bc they're particularly strong or something? i see (and have been prescribed to all except clon) alpraz, loraz, clonaz, diaz all the time but not much else

A scale accurate enough to weigh one milligram alone and not be off by even , say, .2 milligrams would cost a ton (thousands). There are cheaper scales that can weigh amounts like 50mg or 200mg with pretty good accuracy (say, roughly, 1-2mg deviation with a pair of $30 mg scales)...

Anyway, dissolving that 50 or 200mg into something (usually propylene glycol because benzos don't dissolve in much easily), and dividing that solution into doses, is much more accurate than trying to actually measure 1 or 2 mg alone.

He said he had about 20 samples confiscated due to them being unlabeled white powder and was asked to collect/explain them in customs. He didn't get a court summons or anything like that. I'm in the UK, I think it was US customs stopping them. He has since reshipped and I have recieved.

My supplier from last week is in Europe, I have some on the way from him.
 
fuckin cops took my phenazepam yesterday.. they didn't believe me it was legal to have. i even had proof on me that it was legal, they still didnt believe me so i told them to look it up and see if it's legal: the say after (today i walked in there with about 500 pages claiming its legal.. part of which was from wiki

Phenazepam does not appear in the list of Controlled Substances in the Laws of either the USA or the UK, where in each country, benzodiazepines are generally Class C, Schedule IV substances.

In the United States the Controlled Substance Analogue Act applies only to substances in Schedule I and Schedule II. To this date there are no benzodiazepines in either of these schedules, and as such, all benzodiazepines not explicitly scheduled fall outside the analogue act.[citation needed]

oh and to top it off.. i dot a dui for being on my scrpted meds, so for those of you who think you're safe because you have a script, think again.. i was pretty much arrested for being bi polar.. im bringing this court system down.. do they have nothing better to do than fuck with mentally ill people??

i went to my old place of employment to get my friends phone number (i had forgotten it) and the guy that was working (i used to be his boss) started saying i cant have his number cuz im not a employee anymore so he has always called cops quick when anything breaks out, so i was on a couple meds (klonpin being one) and the guy at the store said i was drunk which wasnt true, i hadnt drank i 2 days.. i passed the breathelizer than they did a bunch of weird test.. but i will only lose my liscence for 90 days even though i didn't do anthing but take my bi polar meds (another one being 30mg zyprexa, thats all that was in me.

but i also have vistaril,clonidine,zanaflex,baclofen,tramadol.. a huge arsenal of random meds.. but those have nothing to do with lastnight

EDIT: and for the record, the last time i didnt take my bipolar meds i went to jail for tryng to kill someone and then take my own life.

What form was the phenazepam in? Just powder? Dissolved in a solution? In capsules or on blotter?

With a lawyer, you should not have trouble combating your prescribed meds DUI charge, unless they really do mess with your ability to operate a vehicle substantially. The phenazepam will depend on the form in which they got it as to whether or not they can say it was for human consumption. I have a feeling that unless you had individual doses broken out, you'd be in the clear on this front...

no they weren't individual doses.. it was all together on one of those mini ziploc type bags. it wasnt prepared to be taken is what im trying to say.
it was just a bag of white powder.. but they say it's illegal and ive been doing nonstop research (when avaialble) and it all points to that it would only be under the analog act if it was an analog but the analog act only covers drugs in shed I&II and benzos are IV so therefore it is legal.. and it's not like im carrying around a med thats prescribed for people (i can understand if i caught with diazepam power) but phenazepam isnt scripted in the US so therefor it's not like was in possesion of a prescription medication. im just so pissed of and worried that i wanna just die lol
 
^So were you charged? if so, with what? Just the DUI or some sort of possession charge... if the drug itself is not controlled I don't know what they'd charge you with.

i got charged with dui (even tho tho only meds i was on were my bipolar meds that ive been on about 3 years and never had a prob till now)
and they said they will add the drug charge if it comes out to be illegal.
so bassically jusr dui and thats why im trying to get tons of info saying its legal so i will have something to fight back in court.. if any of you know any sites besides wiki that lists it legal to posses please let me know..

Were you given a field sobriety test? In most places you don't have to be on alcohol or illicit drugs to get a DUI... in fact in a lot of places its easier to get a DUI for stuff like OTC sleep aids because there isn't a blood level precedent that mandates minimum illegality.

yeah i passed the sobriety test but still arrested me tho.. the whole thing seemed scetchy to me then at the police derpartement they had a drug specialist eval me and he said that it could be my monster dose of 30mg zyprexa was makeing me seemed fucked up, but i been on it 3 years.. anyway they explained to me that even if someone took exedrine and then drove they could be chared with dui.. it so stupid.

EDIT: i hadn't taken phenazepam since the 3rd so i was 2days clean of it (thanks to C2TL to opening my eyes to my problem, for that i thank you sir.

^It someone is impaired, IMO they should get a DUI. I'm not saying everyone taking OTC or Rx drugs should get one, but if it impairs them they endanger others. That is not harm reduction.

I wasn't there so I don't know if YOU were impaired so don't assume I mean that.

I feel irritable today, ever since I started using the computer. I often find them too slow when I just want to do something simple. It's how I ended up doing a lot of flay related improvements yesertday
