To get 14g of DMT from M. Hostillis bark would take pounds of the stuff.

As long as you havent eating any foods that may react badly. I would just fast 2-4 hours before dosing.
And yes, 15-20 minutes is good time. Dont wait too long (IE 30mins)

Its just an everchanging psychedelic voyage.
