I wish people could describe to me how exactly Centrophenoxine feels better than DMAE. If it basically feels the same I don’t see a reason to buy it when DMAE is far cheaper. Is Centrophenoxine the same as DMAE in terms of one can only use it occasionally, as daily use quickly builds a tolerance?
Do you guys find that Fish Oil helps as much with depression and moodiness as I’ve heard?

SAM-e was funny stuff to me. At first I could have sworn it was improving my mood and energy levels. But after using it for months I couldn’t tell anymore whether it was helping me at all and I discontinued it. What I’d been doing was using at least 400 mg of SAM-e with folic acid twice a day. I noticed clinical trials sometimes used 1,000 mg to 1,500 mg a day so I don’t know if my daily dosage of 800 mg was too low for the full therapeutic benefits. Does SAM-e boost Serotonin and Dopamine levels a lot or just slightly? Times I DID notice SAM-e to be strong was when I’d take high doses while rolling. 1,000+ mg of SAM-e while rolling is fucking incredible.
I don’t find low grade, old Mexican MJ to be a smart drug particularly at all. If anything it can leave one feeling sleepy, sluggish, cloudy and apathetic. Now high grade Sativa strains of KB are another story. These can give me a nice upbeat, stimulated, clearheaded stone without side effects. I hear that high doses of Lecithin (5+ grams) can synergize really well with MJ. Anyone tried this? They also say Kanna synergizes great with MJ. And I know from experience that Kratom + MJ is a great time.
If you’re curious about Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) and Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC) the combination can be great for depression, clearer thinking and more alertness. Wal-Mart sells a bottle of 30 capsules which are a combination of ALA and ALC for $8. I don’t remember the brand name.
I find myself again very curious about Yerba Mate. I’m def. tired of Coffee or straight Caffeine tablets with their unwanted side effects (the biggest side effect Caffeine gives me is when it wears off I suddenly feel sleepy as hell and I assume this is because it has depleted my adrenaline) and ability to quickly raise one’s tolerance. It’s true that Yerba Mate is much healthier, cleaner feeling and doesn’t cause a sharp rise in tolerance like Coffee/Caffeine? What all is contained in Yerba besides Caffeine? Do you brew it as a tea or toss n wash it? I wouldn’t recommend Chocamine; it’s pretty fucking weak and overpriced. I can eat 3 or 4 grams and still barely feel anything.
The best stimulating herbs I’ve tried so far are Rhodiola (in powder form) and Japanese Sweet Flag (the powdered 5X extract). I’d also like to find a source for high quality fresh Catuaba and Ginseng. Catuaba is purported to be a dopamine reuptake inhibitor, powerful aphrodisiac, and antidepressant and is actually related to Coca. Is it true that good fresh Ginseng is used daily for months can dramatically improve one’s mental and physical performance?
DL-Phenylalanine I still enjoy using once or twice a week as a mild, pleasant energy booster/mood elevator. I generally use 1.5 to 2 grams with some Vitamin C and B-Complex. DLPA (DL-Phenylalanine) also boosts Kratom or Opiates/Opioids realllly nicely.
If you want an alternative to the Benzos you were using try: Kava, Phenibut, Neurontin, GABOB, L-Theanine or Salvia miltiorrhiza.
Oh, lastly, I need you guys’ help on how I should use Hydergine. I got 30 4.5 mg tablets (Hydergina brand) yesterday and wanted to know if I should take 4.5 once a day or twice a day or what? And am I right that sublingual absorption will be best? How many days/weeks will it take before I’ll really notice the full effects or will it only take a few days? The longer I’m on Hydergine will my mind become more sensitive so I can lower the dose (such as happens with Deprenyl)?
I also would love to know how Hydergine will synergize with my usual psychedelics (HBW, blotter, Psilcoybe, Amanita, DXM, MDxx)? Am I right to assume that if I preloaded on Piracetam and Hydergine that I could get a lot more bang for my buck out of some blotter? Eventually, I want to try daily Deprenyl and then see how that influences trips.
