depends who was writing the songs and the medium

Pink Floyd - [The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn #01] Astronomy Domine

was more enjoyable on an unknown blotter, compared to many hits of so called hunab-ku supposedly pronounced hanab-kwa

on a vinyl or vinyl rip

like the ones ripped by someone named PBTHAL

Listen to Future Sound of London... certain tracks off 'Dead Cities' and 'ISDN' are really uplifting and insane in their spiritual way. You have to choose the right ones beforehand though because some of their tunes are very dark and unsettling, can't imagine one of those sneaking into the playlist and playing havok with one's delicate mind.

well i quite enjoy 'dark' music

and 'mindfuck' music, like Ultravisitor by Squarepusher on acid,k,and cannabis mixed

because with that mix it seems much for defined and clear

^YeaYea. FSOL are trippy as all getout. ISDN is amazing. Ultra surreal intense sonic tapestries. There is something lacking in terms of overall emotional direction however that is unsatisfying as an album, but for mindblowing selections to sneak into a varied playlist, outstanding, will leave your jaw on the floor for sure.

on shrooms i want something nice and easy, something that tells me its going to be ok, like the grateful dead. on acid i want something with an edge to it, like hendrix.

everyone, no matter what your tastes, if you trip-

listen to THIS; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUTOJUeJAX8

fullscreen that shit and turn it up loud
Oh man.. I would be so scared listening to this while tripping :) But when I am sober it sounds very interesting :)
I would rather listen to some ambient. Something with beat like Drifting in Silence or very psychedelic but mellow in my opinion: Desiderii Marginis..
Gustaf Hildebrand is good for light tripping.. Puts me into a post-apocalyptic desolate urban landscape...

I LOVE hardcore techno music on a high dose trip.... call me crazy but the intense visuals I get are just amazing!
