The Big & Dandy Methoxetamine Thread - 4th Dose (don't overdose)

I think 20mg would be a bit too much to carry on entirely normally, I think 15, maybe as low as 10 would be better. At least an hour between redoses.

And do sniff it instead of taking it orally, oral/sublingual is for pussies. Sniffing leaves the lovely smell and feeling of MXE <3

:p

You'll barely feel anything off of 10mg and I guess no one is bothering to tell you. You'll be very disappointed with that dose. Try bumping 20mg and then another 20mg an hour later.

10mg is enough to provide strong antidepressant effects which might be all some people are seeking.

But I agree, 20mg is more fun.

Perhaps 10 then 10 half an hour later, anyway, within that region is a general guide, I think it's hard for us to be more accurate because there is so much personal variation. Some may find 20 too confusing, for some it's just right, this is the kind of science bluelighters love.

Just WOW

MXE is a rather interesting compound I have to say. It gives a very new view on all your behaviors, habits and mannerisms.

You reveal to yourself how and why you act the way you do.

It does have an element of mania to it. Everything feels big and meaningful. It gives a very noticeable confidence boost to everything you do.

I can't really write a lot more at this point. I am still coming down. I need to get at least 5 hours of sleep before work. :!

lol so yeah I'm back on my 7 day cycle and I must recommend to anybody who is peaking on methoxetamine and in or around the safety of their own home to experience what it feels like to pressure-wash ones own home while under the influence. Omg...not only was my house happy, but so was I!! The experience of holding onto the pressure-washer will be experienced again. My goodness lol

I feel like a brand new person. This has happened before with some other substances (first time when using MDMA, LSD, Shrooms). It will be interesting to see how therapeutic this substance can be in the long term. I'd imagine the phrase "less is more" really applies to mxe.

I am going to try and keep to a strict regiment of using 3-4 times a month for therapeutic purposes.

It's almost like the substance makes you forget your bad habits, insecurities and stupid approaches to dealing with the complexity of life.

I am really glad I tried this substance. Even if the therapeutic benefits start to decline with repeated use, it is really refreshing to have your eyes opened to your own mistakes.

It's simple really. Everything is right there. It's just a matter of doing what needs to be done. And anyone can do that.

Levictus, these are the same effects I've come to enjoy. Very well stated.

It's the perfect utilitarian / functional drug IMO. Boosts confidence, performance, stamina, creativity, and clarity.

Reminds you that you are the master of your own reality, and encourages you to seize the reigns.

The mania aspect is there, or for me I guess it's more like hypomania. That is, a relatively minor and controllable mania that can certainly be useful and fun. Just don't let it get out of hand, I guess? Hasn't been a problem for me. People just see me as more confident and therefore I get more respect %)

Also, this drug has cured my day-time restless legs (can't keep 'em still sitting down)... no problem with MXE. Also has cured nail-biting and one or two other strange habits I've tried to break.

I havent found them to decline at all yet but I have not been an overly heavy user yet.

I thoroulghy agree with the new person feel but I need a fairly ground shattering dose for it.

That’s a beautiful description, My Excuse. Compare your description to this quote from my IM synthetic psilocin and ketamine report, Reflections in an Obsidian Fountain, and I think you’ll agree we have experienced a very similar psychedelic phenomenon:

I spent a few years investigating the psilocin/ketamine combo because it was so fascinating. Once while within the thrall of the experience I asked out loud, “where I am I”? I felt my lips and tongue contorting in response, and heard word sounds tussling through my head, as if I were trying to speak a response. Eventually I spat out the answer “address gnarls”. The enunciation arrived with the implicit meaning that I was in a place in the mind where the location codes of all stored memories are “tangled” together in bundles of sometimes extraordinarily loose associations, such that memories from very different chronological points in life are in contact, and consciousness can jump between them desultorily like an electrical arc crawling through steel wool.

One other time I received another, but similar metaphorical answer through automatic speech. This time it was “tonight I bathe in the ever ebullient foam,” with the understanding that the color bands on the surface of the bubbles of the foam represent the spectrum of moods that compose memory. Each bubble’s surface was understood as consisting of a liquid layer flowing freely within itself and between all others in the froth. Between each new episode of the trip (your train stop destinations) the foam dissolves into undifferentiated water, and then effervesces again into a new experiential matrix. The formation of new episodes of the trip actually had a tactile component that felt like dissolving and aerating froth, like enervated foam. This is the same thing I refer to as the in the title of my trip report, with the "fountain" being the foam and the "reflections" being the images on the surface of the bubbles.

I tried the methoxetamine/psilocin combo once, and I found it to be similar to the ketamine/psilocin experience but all running together, like the “train” in your description crashing into a mountains side with all its cars crumpling up in a pile of spaghetti carnage. I heard the music I usually listen to in order to structure the trip deconstruct into mousy screams of distortion. I think it was torture for my subconscious. I’m glad it works similarly to ketamine/4-AcO-DMT for you, though! My new obsession is DXM/ondansetron/methoxetamine, which gives me a similar “random train stop” experience, but the destinations never have anything to do with my life or memories. They’re just totally phantasmagorical and play out on my ceiling with eyes open as if I'm watching a movie screen. In fact, it's kind of like how movies often portray tripping, the kind of thing we scoff at and say, "tripping is nothing like that!"

if you haven't yet, you ought to read "tropic of capricorn" by henry miller -he calls it "the interstices of a dream"

I like this post. Very well said.

Yeah I just posted something similar in Transcendances new thread.

The first day after was great, the few days after were a bit rough but that is from weed withdrawals, now that they are clearing up I feel like I the "me" I was before I entered the dark realms of depression and anxiety. Something I haven't felt in years and something I will strive to maintain.

Question :

If i have tried Ketamine and am okay to that (I think i got Tiletamine Once too ! =/ .. )
What are the chances i will have an allergic reaction?

Do you have a history of problems with allergies? The chances of being allergic to any drug are minimal, but there's no harm in doing an allergy test before trying MXE proper. It's a different drug to both ketamine and tiletamine so your allergy-free experiences with them are irrelevant. Just take an allergy test, like you should with trying any new substance for the first time.

Okay so how do i take an allergy test?

just eat a tiny particle of it?

Also whats worst that can happen if i am allergic and i eat a spec ?

Oh and im only allergic To rabbits XD

^Well I suppose the worst that could happen is that you could have an anaphylactic reaction, but that is so unlikely it is hardly worth considering. If that was going to happen you'd already most likely know about a pre-existing medical condition. The chances of an allergic reaction are slim, but if it does happen you'll probly just break out in hives and start itching incessantly. Really though, the allergy dose is more to make sure that they didn't send you bromo-dragonfly or DOx, as you would know at 1mg when you start tripping your balls off that it wasn't MXE.

So, I went through 2g of this stuff in 20 days. It's one of my very favorite drugs that I've tried, and I've experimented with many, many compounds in my day.

In fact, I like it so much I don't think I'll be ordering more anytime soon. I can't stop doing it if I have it and that scares me; I usually have very good control with drugs.

I have to say that I think it's changed my personality for the better. I feel like it has completely rid me of the general anxiety that pervaded my life, as well as the depression. I feel more easy going, motivated, and socially graceful. It's almost as if my senses are sharper. I'm much more observant of things around me. My clarity of thought has noticeably improved. I'm more interested in art and in my schoolwork. Only time will tell if these changes are permanent.

My favorite ROAs in order of preference are 1) sublingual 2)plugging 3)insufflation. I haven't tried IM. Insufflation is obviously the most convenient, but I heartily encourage doubters to give sublingual a fair shake. It takes a while to fully take effect, but it feels so much cleaner and nicer generally. I found the doses to be comparable as long as you don't eat or drink anything for ~an hour before dosing.

Thanks for the advice. I tried putting that quote in Google in the hopes of seeing more of the context in which it's said and this thread showed up -- nothing from the book. I've always wanted to check out the story, though.
