Phenethylamines The Big & Dandy 2C-I Thread - Take Two

I find the style of visuals are very similar (like the 'Kaleidoscope on crack' patterning effect) but much less intense on 2C-I. I also find that the visuals on 2C-E can be a bit dizzying and uncomfortable. Not on 2C-I, though. Everything flows quite smoothly. I get more colour enhancement and sparkles from 2C-I as well.

Any spicy food eaten on 2C-I gives me extreme heartburn and indigestion, completely ruining the experience.
 
2C-I Phosphate

Dr. Jekyl had a couple grams of 2C-I laying around so he converted it to the monobasic phosphate yesterday. Let it dry out overnight. Today Jekyl took 20 mg orally mixed with water. He commented that the taste was much less objectionable than that of the HCL. With the HCL you can never get the taste out of your head, with the phosphate it's not even a problem, Jekyl said. Very little body load. Very slight muscle tremors for a short time, not even unpleasant, Jekyl reported. He said nausea was virtually non-existent, though appetite was reduced. He did eat some though and it sat well in Jekyl's belly. 20 mg was a nice recreational dose, very controllable but with pleasant light visuals. When Jekyl smoked some hash it brought out the visuals nicely. Dr. Jekyl's conclusion was that 2C-I phosphate is vastly preferable to the HCL and at 20 mg a quite nice experience overall. Never will Jekyl use the HCL form again, he maintained. No human being should ever have to taste that s*** again, especially him, he pointed out emphatically.
 
How about "Jekyl" just caps up the HCL?

Fine, whatever, just trying to be a little creative there. I just like to refer to myself as Dr. Jekyl now and then, and write in the third person, that's all. What's wrong with that? Anyway, I tried upping the dosage to 25 mg today, with 50 mg diphenhydramine. The diphenhydramine did nothing because I still felt nausea. It appears that making the phosphate salt instead of the HCL only makes it taste less bad. There's apparently no way to make 2C-I non-objectionable.
 
Thanks, right you are. The phosphate salt also burns your nose if you snort it, so no real advantage at all. I just tried it because the patent for amphetamine phosphate claims that it reduced the side effects compared to the sulfate. The body load may be reduced some but the nausea is still ever present for the first few hours. I'm not going to use the compound again. Any nausea at all is enough to make it not worthwhile. Why purposely do something that you know will make you feel unwell? I'm out.

If you simply want to feel good, maybe opiates, benzodiazepines or stimulants are more up your alley. Nausea and bodyload are certainly not unique to 2ci and are symptoms exerted by most psychedelics to some degree or another. I suppose there's basically the nbomes, 2cc, LSD and a few others for ya..
 
^ definitely. tried 2c-i-nbome and it had a better body high and less body load than any other psychedelic I've ever done, including LSD and DMT. Only side effect was vasoconstriction on the comedown. You don't even lose your appetite! That is awesome you have to admit, chowing down on a huge meal while tripping balls lol


kinda blows though, the big & dandy thread for 25i-nbome isn't really active, i guess not many people do it. that needs to change though! this stuff is better than LSD guys.
 
If you can cook. Took me and a mate about an hour to cook and serve two pizzas on 2C-D the other night.
 
^^^ did you top them yourselves or no?

i remember having a hard time figuring out how to use the microwave once. could play guitar just fine though. :P
 
2ci & comedowns..

Im not sure if its the right thread to be writing on about 2ci, i took it
people told me it was the same as 2cb but it was alot more intence and diffrent.
i took about 10micrograms, wich isent alot as others i know have consumed, but still got a really intense
come up. at first i didnt really know what was happening to me, i was upstairs in my room chilling out, when istarted feeling weird, like i couldnt catch up with my breathing! i wasnt tripping out at this point. i came down stairs, thought id switch on the pc and try and figure out more about this drug. all i saw was ' lasts up to about 8 hours' blablabla.. i was like woah reading this would probley deff me out more! :') so i switched that off, and put some music on, wich made me feel even more weird. (obviously my body wasnt agreeing much to this comeup). after 2 hours of feeling like dying. i felt ok but still having the odd feeling of probley becoming a cripple or something. i just chilled myself out and tryed to enjoy it as much as i could in the end i did end up enjoying it more. it was pretty crazy actually. but i probley wouldnt take 2ci again.

Comedown?
i took the 2ci 2 days ago.
but today i am feeling some kinda weird.
feeling in my body, i cant explain it much but it keeps feeling weird to breathe, really really light rushes, and tingles, and warm fuzzy feelings.. and my mind feeling too relaxed at random times..
would this be classed as a comedown?
because some of these feelings is how i felt when i had 2ci. but it was MORE intense on 2ci. alot more.
or could it be anxiety? i dont usely get anxiety like this if it is.
ive tryed googling' 2ci comedowns, and not found alot onit.
but im also a everyday weed smoker
and i havent had that for 2 days either!
so im compleatly confused. :)

help would be nice :) xx
 
cannabis is intensified for a day or two after a strong trip especially with the 2c's. So you get high and sort of slip into that 2c-i headspace. Don't worry it goes away quickly. It could be many things but there's a possibility for you.

i'm also assuming you meant milligrams, even at 10mg 2c-i is very weak, so I'm not sure. Was the dose measured properly with an accurate scale? it sounds like you had a pretty heavy come up, i don't get those with 2c-i until at least 30mg, maybe you took a higher dose than you think?
 
With no tolerance, 10mg of 2C-I can be very intense. The purity varies. 12mg of the best product I've run across had my wife hallucinating and full-blown tripping, borderline to overwhelming. I got it last summer from a good source and I've never felt the need to go beyond 18mg.

Your symptoms 2 days later however are likely just coincidental. I've never had a residual effect from 2C-I.
 
yeah it was deffinatly intence! lol. the tripping didnt deff me out it was coz i felt like i couldnt breathe probley or something, it wasnt uncomfatable. it was just strange! and uncomfatable. i had 2cb i had 12mg of that and i was compleatly fine! O.O x
 
The next two days after 2c-i, if I rubbed my legs or feet against my bed or sheets, there would be this tingly euphoric sensation. A little hollow in feeling, but I remember doing it for a couple minutes at a time - because it was an interesting after-effect. I didn't really get anything like that while I was on 2c-i.

One other thing, I don't know how many other people experienced this. But I get a tingling sensations/very minor pains in my teeth (usually front my front rows) that starts on the comedown. It's generally gone the same day - by the time It's fully dropped out of my system.
