Wow you get those from 2C-E? Open-eyes? Man I'm really jealous. My brain must be fried or something. At what dose? Are you also smoking weed? Perhaps that was the missing ingredient for me... weed has a major multiplier effect on all psychedeliocs (but also muddying unfortunately).
 
its strange, for me mushrooms are the only time weed effects me. it doesnt touch me on lsd or 2c-e. took approx 24mg 2ce weekend before last alone (though i talked with my roommates for a bit). i had no real desire to smoke but i did anyway because i had no cigarettes and it didnt do anything.
I wish the body load and time till sleep is possible didnt increase so exponentially for me, because that was the first time ive had visuals involve things going monochromatic (on tv watching my roommate play a video game). went really far into my head and got some serious thinking done but it was not fun at all other than watching the clouds. at this dose, it took close to 16 hours before i could go to sleep after ingesting. acid i can fall asleep in 10 hours after a decent dose and wake up in less than 2 hours and move out of my apartment, 2ce takes a much higher toll on me.

fuck yeeaaah!!! 2C-E was the most visual thing I've tried besides LSD - the activity was INSANE - there were parts of my trip were if I had my eyes closed it was the same as having my eyes open - truly truly amazing this one was.

EDIT: on dosage for me - 8-10mg sniffed, and 28mg oral. I'm pretty sensitive to psychs as I keep my tolerance to everything but ganja down, and even there it's only because I'm familiar with the effects, physical tolerance is still zero.
 
I've dosed 3 times around the 15 mg range and I haven't had intense visuals. There is a lot of light/shadow morphing type of stuff but not a whole lot of colorful stuff taking up my entire visual field. I get some patterns once in a while and everything is really vivid but if I keep moving my field of vision everything is pretty stable. Some amazing moments happened just looking at shadows, wood furniture, tiles, rugs, my thigh, shower curtain but never so intense that I see colorful patterns everywhere. Oddly enough, nature does not bring out the visuals too much but the sun does give me an amazing body high on the substance. It's mostly a mental experience but even that is pretty coherent. Maybe I need to explore around the 20 mg range but I'm kind of worried I can't handle the mental stuff around there.
 
I never used to get much in the way of visuals from 2C-E (mostly plugged it at the time) but the last few times the visuals have been insane. My stomach seems to cope much better with 2C-x now so I've switched to oral dosing and it seems to be way more effective than plugging or snorting (fuckin' ow!!!) for some reason. I find it rather strange as plugging usually gives me the most intense experience but oral 2C-E just seems to have way more intense action - especially visually.

My doses are also getting lower to get effects comparable - often more intense - than I used to get from higher doses. I'm thinking that must be down to tolerance as I've dramatically cut the frequency of 2C-x trips. I can highly recommend it - less seems to be more, for me at least. 17mg absolutely kicked my arse the other night - by far the most intense 2C-E trip I've had from any dose or ROA. The visuals were so intense for the first few hours it was difficult to walk for fear of tripping over them :D
 
At 20 my "involuted rewinding fractal though-chains" were pretty intense, which I would think would mean they'd be disabling up at 28 which is why I never went there, where Jblazingphoenix100 says he got the pulsating neon patterns covering stuff..

But I havent had those since my virginal shroom trip 30 years ago (3g strong ones, it was fuckin'intense! thanks and honors to my late guide TT btw <3 ) and I wanna see that shit again before I die (maybe I need to try 4-ho-met, said to be incredibly visual).

I am glad I had found out about using 25mg Benedryl (diphenhydramine) to quash the nausea and discomfortable pyramidal body aches before going from 15 up to 20. (It worked wonders for those and might have even intensified the whole trip.)
 
Dude on 26-28mg dose of 2C-E, I saw my friend's carpet turn into a bed of roses. Could smell and taste them... 2C-E can be intensely visual... My friend took 20 and saw Shakira walk out of a poster... And I always got really nice visuals from 2C-E though it wasn't as neon as LSD or MDA - more purples and blues... but I rather enjoy those colors anyway.
 
I feel like a lot of what I experienced may have been barely scratching the surface(though mentally during the trips I always felt like "Where do I go from here?") so it's hard to share and contribute comfortably with such little experience but I do have a couple of other things worth noting.

The body load was actually pretty comfortable(I don't usually get sick unless it's something like DXM), not much jaw tension or loss of appetite and the come down and ability to sleep were pretty good(compared to say AMT) The worst aspect of it for me was the come up, which felt like 3-4 hours of extreme edginess. A lot of this got better with the subsequent trips though, as well as the other detail I noticed.

The come up and come down were a bit strange in my experience, as they seemed to consume a fair amount of time each. Maybe I'm just equating the jitteryness to the come up as a whole but it just felt like by the time the experience mellows out it also starts coming down slowly so the peak experience itself never felt longer than an hour. This does make it feel like there is still some juice to squeeze out of the trip during the tail end though. And again I'm contrasting this to AMT which always felt like one long peak mostly.

No fucking WAAAAYYYYY - MY colours on 2C-E are purple and blue...although they're neon and the purple is purpley-pink.

Dwayne - you might want to try slightly higher dose in the snorted region if 8mg doesn't give you intense visuals - I'm pretty sensitive to psychs, as I don't push my 5-h** receptors too often, every time I trip is special.
 
From what I understand, 2C-E hurts like a motherbitch when snorted, and is the most painful drug to snort.

I'm almost curious to know what it feels like.
 
I made the desicion to not snort 2Cx anymore after snorting 2C-I (my first 2Cx). The pain wasnt even worth the faster onset and smaller dose requirement. And I hear 2C-E is even worse.

It scarred the inside of my nose...

for about 2 months after snorting 5mg or so...i had a bloody scab deep in my right nostril...eventually, i had a nose bleed and it dislodged itself...

Im happy to have a functional nose again!
 
I've only done it a few times, all oral other than a single disappointing experience nasally. I found it very visual as low as 10 mg. Mushrooms for me, however, are barely visual at all.

I think everyone just reacts to substances differently and its not an issue of dose.
 
I cried a few times my 2nd time with it. I can't remember the specifics of this as much, but it was a bond between me and my girlfriend.
The 3rd time I dosed, I was coming down and I read a poem (reads positive backwards and negative forwards) and I read it the positive way and just cried my eyes out.. Was the most intense cry I've had in a very long time. I'm just surprised it hit me so hard during the end of the trip. It really felt like a purging experience.
 
^ Cress, I'm so glad to hear that - really great - I'd like it if you could write a trip report as I love reading about humbling experiences a lot more than reading about "tripping balls" in trip reports - we've all done that!! So happy you were gifted with insight by this particular chemical - it's one of my top 5.

Oh yeah, when I IM'd just 5mg of 2c-E, I was tripping for 6 to 8 hours minimum. The peak was 2-3 hours but I wasn't back to baseline until 8 hours +.
 
WOw...I have to try this.

I have never IM'ed (or IV'ed...never will) anything, and think I would love to try 2c-x - how quick was the comeup, because for me I go from sober to tripping in 2-3 minutes when sniffing this chemical.
