The more research i do on this drug the more it freaks me out. Im actually kinda glad shiipping from the uk takes a while lol. I read a tr on erowid about a guy who water lined 1400ug of 25i and as he put it "too much too fast" interesting read if anyone wants to check it out. Kinda scary too bc he was still seeing tracers and visual disturbances 2 days after the 1.4mg dosing experiment. I know its a high dose but most of these are fulll 5ht2a agonists and that freaks me out bc thats where migraines hangout and those specific subtypes.
 
I'm pretty sure that one or both of the first two references will contain binding data.
 
Any reason to suspect long term damage to 5-HT2A as a result of the 25Xs' specificity for the receptor, even in moderate dosing schedules? (e.g. bi-monthly)
 
I tried this last night for the first time (500ug buccaly) and overall it was a pretty unpleasant experience. I felt a deeply uncomfortable stimulation for most of the trip and that's about the extent of it, psychedelic effects were minimal (some rather dull CEV's) and other than some amusing conversations with my wife once the worst of the stimulation had abated I really have nothing good to say about the experience.

I find it interesting that the reported effects seem to vary from one person to the next, with enough LSD or DMT people seem to experience something roughly similar, with the NBOMes it's all over the place. A few posts up dan k states that 1mg of 25c is stronger that a hit of LSD, while I'm sure this is true for some people, I just can't see it, there's just no magic to these drugs as far as I am concerned.

Previously I have tried 25I and 25B-NBOMe which were pleasant, if a little dull and uninspiring. IMO, their 2c cousins are superior in just about every way. I don't understand how people can take such huge doses of these substances, 600ug of 25b was pleasant for the most part, but any more and I can see myself having difficulties.
 
you only did half that so you cant know. this drug multiplies itself very very quickly. 650-700ug is about twice as strong as 500ug.
and in my opinion this drug is quite boring untill you pass the 650ug point.
i did say and do belive 1mg nbome>standard 100ug of lsd. but 1mg lsd blows 1mg nbome out of the water.
 
Smoking like that will be highly inefficient but also runs the risk of being very intense.


It is likely to remain stable for months or even years in solution if kept cold.

Any thoughts on this?

Also, would combinations with dextromethorphan be inadvisable similar to in combo with other phenethylamines (e.g. 2C-E)?
 
God damn this stuff is all over fucking town. Goes by "tabs" pretty much. I guess on the bright side in general people seem to understand it is NOT acid.

I can't get over how fucked up people look on this stuff. I know people looked messed up on drugs haha, but damn, when someones on this shit they look CRACKED. Massive pupils (like, beyond any other drug), red and glossy eyes to an extreme, blotchy skin, messed up speech, extreme jumpiness.
 
Really? Usually when I'm on this no one even recognizes me being on anything, apart from a bit of stupidness in my thinking. Always asking if I'm feeling it/seeing things yet, when I'm easily on a +++. Quite annoying tbh..

Does anyone know what is the solubility of 25c? I have some 25c-nbome HCL, I would like to prepare a blotter of 500 micrograms per drop. I have a scale with 0.01 grams sensitivity.What amount of substance that I have to dissolve in what water volume? Would really appreciate some help here, is for personal and recreational purposes.

Also i would like to add, that i have blotter paper for use it bucally

0.01g scales are NOT precise enough to handle NBOMes. Even if you had 100mg to dissolve you will still have a 10% error assumng the scales are perfectly accurate. You MUST buy some 0.001g scales before you work with this.

I would caution people very strongly against buying powdered NBOMes unless they have both the equipment and skill to correctly dilute them.


500ug per drop is definitely much too concentrated, especially for 25C I would suggest going for something like 100-200ug per drop at the most, especially considering the higher potency of 25C.
 
Is this stuff supposed to be really sticky? It's sticking to metal tweezers, plastic measuring trays... in fact I haven't found anything it won't stick to. I'm wasting a lot of it thanks to its stickiness. Will a grain of rice or one of those desiccant beads dry it out, or is the chemical just normally like this? Any tips for getting it out of the bag?
 
Every NBOMe batch I have handled has been a dry crystalline powder. I can't imagine it being sticky unless it was complexed with HPβCD.
 
Mine seemed dry and crystalline, but it did stick to the walls of the container and to a spatula-in-spe toothpick quite a bit. Not to the point where I had troubles handling it though, and I had no experience handling chemicals prior. You sure it's 25c?
 
Yeah, I think it is. It's active at less than a mg and gives the right effects. It does LOOK dry and crystalline, but that's not how it behaves. Maybe some moisture got in there somehow. I'll try and dry it out. Or just accept that half of it will be lost, since at the moment it sticks to any surface it touches.
 
Yeah maybe I just got lucky while handling the stuff (actually there is a fair bit, maybe ~10mg, still sticking to the bag now that I think about it). I'd get a spatula, scrap it off, let it dissolve in your solution and then vaporize the solution so you can weigh it again. Just make your solution in the container you weigh it in. Not sure if it will become less sticky if you dry it, as mine behaves comparably. It was sent quite professionally and I'm pretty sure there was no 'extra' moist in there and that it's just the way this chemical behaves.
