You'd still get detained, probably, but when all their tests for specific illegal drugs come back negative, most local and state police would give up if it was just one capsule, at least in more liberal jurisdictions. In Colorado, at least, there was a district court case establishing that AET was not an analog for DMT. Some police pursued Analog Act charges for a fairly significant quantity of AET and got shot down. Of course, the feds then scheduled AET, but the fact remains, the analog charges failed in federal court. In state court, if there's no catch-all clause and it's not scheduled, they can't hold you for long since they can't charge you with a crime. Cops are lazy, and putting together an Analog Act court case takes a lot of time and resources and still isn't guaranteed to stick. If it's just for small possession charges, it's probably not worth it.
 
Just because they can't make charges stick, doesn't mean that they can't/won't ruin your business/life. Basically, don't get caught, no matter the technical legality.
 
Hypothetically speaking, if I were ever distributing drugs that fall under the term "research chemicals" I would be very wary of mentioning the legal status or anything bout analogues to a customer. It could likely result in a "Oh bad ass a legal high! Time to throw all caution out the window".

Yes. Did not set out to, but the first time I did it, someone offered me a few dabs of their mdma and it mixed well.
 
I really can't stress the awesomeness of this chemical enough. After splitting up my gram for safe storage and dosing, I filled my shot glass I dumped the powder in with water, and dipped my baggie that it came into the water also, and threw it back.

It was fucking awesome, no idea on the dosage, but I went over to a cannabis op, and watched huge buds spin, dance, grow, and morph before my eyes, and such a heavenly smell. I noted how I just fucking laughed, most of the trip, I thought it was a hilarious chemical.

Ended up getting drunk that night, and decided it was a good idea to plug 33mg of the fumaric salt, along with around 100mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine. My original inspiration for this was reading IV reports of 4-aco-dmt being similar to smoked DMT.

I walked out of my room and my friends were watching X-files, and I just laid on the couch, laughing hysterically non-stop for two hours at the idea of a "water octopus", because it seemed as sensible to me at the time as saying "air bird". I finally came to about two and a half hours later, asking my friends exactly what I'd done, and when they told me, I just said "awesome" and kept laughing for a bit. The insane amount of ridiculous euphoria caused by this drug is awesome.

Also done a 20mg 4-aco-dmt insufflated/100mg mephedrone orally "flip", and it was fucking godawesome too.
 
"What should I take?" questions are frowned upon here. Research both chemicals and make your own decision, if you have access to both.

4-HO-DMT isn't just "more like mushrooms." It IS mushrooms, or rather the primary active chemical in mushrooms. It's better known as psilocin, and it's very rare on the black market in pure form. 4-AcO-DMT, since it's unscheduled in most of the world, is pretty widely available on the RC scene. As for which one gives "better visuals," that is highly subjective and varies a ton from person to person.

LSD is one of the most unique psychedelics known to man. Neither 4-AcO-DMT nor 4-HO-DMT is gonna be all that close to LSD. They are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more similar to each other than either one is to LSD.

Neither of them is known for being particularly long-lasting, at least compared to things like LSD or DOM. Some people think 4-AcO lasts slightly longer than psilocin; others find it lasts slightly less long. I get about a 3 hour peak and another hour or two coming down from 4-AcO. I've never been blessed with pure psilocin, but mushrooms usually give me a 4-ish hour peak and another solid 2+ hours on the way down. Then again, that's probably at least partially because the psilocin absorbs much more slowly from the shrooms than the pure 4-AcO does. I start coming up on 4-AcO within 15-30 minutes, whereas mushrooms usually take more like an hour to get started.

I snorted a point while on 50mg and 40mg of 2C-I. Doing some nitrous on top of that was nuts, I seriously got into so much jibberish in my head that night lol.
 
So, the wife and I dosed 18mg (her 16mg) last night. Felt very forgiving and easy on the body. Wished I had dosed 25mg.

I found it very unlike my mushroom experiences (they were my psychedelic first love, but I haven't tripped on in 2 years, which might be relevant). Instead, I had the same experience as the posters who describe it as a stretched out DMT trip. There were mushroomy elements, but in many ways I felt like I was in DMT space. During the comeup, we meditated together for 15 minutes, and it felt almost exactly like being in a DMT tunnel (i.e. on the way up). Braingasm. The visuals reminded me more of DMT; there were lots of geometric repetitions and the DMT colors predominated.

I'm not sure what my wife experienced as it was her first successful tryptamine voyage, so she had no good reference point. However, I felt like we were having different trips, and my hunch is that her experience was more like mushrooms. Anyway, she liked it and wants to do it again.

I don't know what it is about high doses of aco-dmt but its seriously so confusing sometimes. I feel like my mind is almost stuck in place but all I can ever do about it is giggle furiously:).

It can, but it will degrade faster that way in theory. I've heard a few reports of people keeping solutions for several months or even years without noticing any problems, but I try to mix up smaller amounts of solution to use up in a month or two at most.

Water or alcohol both work. If you want to store it long term, alcohol is good to keep the solution sterile - about 20% alcohol is the minimum to keep it sterile, IIRC.

If you really want to store a liquid solution for the long term, keep it in an airtight container in the freezer. That should ensure that it stays good without degrading for a pretty long time.


Oh, one last thing: all of this is assuming you have 4-AcO-DMT fumarate. If you have 4-AcO-DMT HCl, it's a good bit less stable from my understanding, but I've never worked with the HCl personally so I'm not sure how much less.
 
mmmm Just waiting on my order now... :) From a different source, so interested to see whether it will be more white or less white, the stuff I had was very matt not crystalline or shiny...like calcium carbonate.

You should probably skip this one then. I know I tend to have very unpleasant experiences with this one at least. Tryptamine confusion + more emotional trip = Vortex of despair and self-loathing. I've been able to have good experiences with it when combined with large amounts of smoked cannabinoids though.

What I'm saying is, if you're not a tryptamine kind of guy, don't expect this one to any better, in spite of the massively positive reviews from the folks here at PD.
