"blister"? you get blister packed subs? I just get them in an orange pill bottle.
 
ya i get the white ones. and they come in a blister pack.

so what i do is, after i break one up, i put the rest back in the blister and fold the corners to create a sort of "flap" to close it.
 
As far as putting the new strips up your nose, yes you can mix them in a liquid solution then spray them up your nose. i highly doubt that actually shoving a strip up your nose would be very effective at all.

i cant afford to get kicked out.
 
no, i dont know of any suboxone clinic that tests for the actual concentration of bupe in your urine. they just test to see if it is in your system at all.
I was worried about that exact thing when i started my suboxone program but they havent said anything yet. they just drug test me and say...'looks good, your obviously still taking the suboxone....".....and im only taking 0.5mg doses, so im sure youll be fine.
Its expensive to test for the actual concentration of a certain metabolite in your urine.....so they just use drug tests that simply say negative or positive. thats it.

im pretty sure if there was any suboxone clinic that actually DID test for the AMOUNT of sub in your urine, it would be my clinic....there really hardcore, probably cuz they are a methadone clinic mainly. they dont fuck around at all and they take every measure to make sure your "following orders". So since they dont test for the "amount" im sure your doc wont either.
 
did some H over the weekend did my last shot at 1PM this afternoon when can i do my suboxone I heard it was 24 hrs. or when i am in medium WD

also i was at 4 mg of suboxone would it be well out of my system or should i just go cold turkey off everything

but mind you I have to work on tuesday at 4:30pm

maybe I will take 2mg to tide me over then go cold turkey
 
that was overly confusing? just wait about 24 hours and start up on the bupe again.

are you asking how long a suboxone pill would last just sitting out in the open?
well, as long as you dont leave it sitting outside, or next to a heater or anything, it should last for a very long time. Atleast a year, probably several.
Thats how I get my pills, in a bottle not in blister packs....so basically exposed to the air, not air tight like you. And ive never had any problems with decomposition so far. Most medications in pill form last quite a while as long as you store them in "a cool dry place" to quote my pill bottle.

I would tell you but I actually got an infraction a week ago for posting something "sexist" so im not gonna risk it.

also...it wasnt just the slogan by itself that was so sexist(well, mainly the slogan) it was also the picture that the slogan was next to.
 
any who, after todays mishap, i plan on continuing at 2mg tomo morning, just before noon. to be honest, today i was itching and scratching, and i had attempted to dose 2mg but had a mishap. JamesB would remember. so i am thinking that maybe i was slightly high today, cause i was scratching like i would if i were high.

Sorry if that was confusing. I didn't go back and re-read, but it's usually in and out in 2 minutes. This time however he was yelling about how I shouldn't be screwing up and theres a ton of people who would like my spot "10 calls a day" then he was all agrivated giving the scripts "i'll cover you for one more week *shakes head* but seriously you can't screw up like this". He just seemed in a horrible mood, and maybe he was mad no matter what.....

"I see you're keeping up with your maintenance, you cant be screwing around! Do you think I'll make money if you stop coming here, how about I take you off your sub for a week, huh, what now, heroin looking good, damn straight...relapse boy!"

Ugh, the people I know who like subs would never take that long to prepare. A nasal spray would def work, and could use smaller concentrations of water for a better amount.

Just curious though, if I took one of the strips, and cut it up, say into 4. Then took 2/4 of them and pushed them up my nose with finger/pencil with erase (or something that won't cut/get stick) couldn't I just push it into the nasal cavity? It needs to be in the cavity and not the nostrils for this to work right?

hmm...probably not going to mention it to my Dr, unless I know the pharm doensn't have them/insurance doesn't cover them. Then I can ask and know I won't get them.

I get drug tested, and they certainly can and do test for levels. Whoever says they don't test for levels doesn't understand how drug tests work.

Everything from labs to home cups test for levels. Anything below a certain level passes. At or above the level = fail. By law to get certain accreditation labs/dr's have to go by the set levels.

The labs also can provide the Dr with what your level was, not just if you pass fail. This is often common practice. I take KPin, but it never "shows up" causing a negative. This often causes my Dr to say "well not taking you kpin" or "I'm not going to script drugs you don't take" however I say the same thing every time "check the levels" he goes in and sure enough, I'm always just below setting off a fail. So he can see I'm taking them, its just my metabolism or whatever, or I don't take enough to set it off.

However, if no opiates show up, and suboxone does, sometimes he just glances at the pass/fail sheet without opening up the levels on his computer. This is good because sometimes I have had low levels of opiates, but not enough to fail. Even though he can't do anything, it will make him watch me closer, so not good.

A lot of people think you need to be in withdrawal to take it. First off I don't agree with that, 1 thing for certain you can't be currently jammed. I can go 24 hours after my last shot and still feel fine, if you can do this then 18 hours can be done fine.

It all depends on the person, but time is always better than state of withdrawal. You should def be good 24 hours past last dose, although probably in the 15-18 hour range, thats what I usually do.
 
Well, I ended up picking up another 7 bags tonight. I've got two left for tomorrow, and I'm determined to switch back to suboxone, precipitated withdrawal or not. I'm getting sick of this junky game. I wish my psychiatrist would just prescribe me some clonazapam along with the bupe, so I wouldn't have to be around dope dealers and methadone clinics all the time. Sorry for the rant but I need to vent..

Question,
I've been off the suboxone and doing about .7 g of heroin (7, .1 g bags), East coast powder for almost a week and a half. It's not been particularly good dope, and in fact one day I went through eleven bags in six hours because the stuff one dealer gave me was such trash. I'm wondering what to expect upon inducting myself back on to the suboxone. I remember the first time I got on suboxone, I hadn't done heroin in three days, and I hadn't had a habit. I was put on suboxone as a blocker and to help with psychological cravings. The fact that I wasn't dependent didn't mean I didn't have a tolerance though, because before induction I was doing heroin on and off for about a month, three bag shots etc. When I took 4 mg of suboxone, it felt like a great dope high.

Earlier this summer, I switched off of shooting .5 mg of suboxone to 50-60 mg of opana IR for about two weeks. When I got back on the suboxone I got little to no psychological relief, just the ability to sleep, and not shit my pants. After about one week of taking 16 mg sublingually, I was feeling back on my feet and pretty good, but I did not get any high out of the suboxone.

NOW, like I've said, I've switched from sublingual 8-16 mg, to about a bundle a day of OK dope. I'm wondering if I will get a high off my suboxone, when I make the switch back. it's counter productive thinking kind of, but the addict in me is curious.
