my friend could really use some help!
This is my first post, but i have been a VERY long time reader on bluelight and cant thank these forums enough for the information they provide. I cant thank bluelight enough for the knowledge it provides, and how that knowledge has kept me relatively safe through the years. But currently my friend SWIM is in a very desperate situation and could really use some help...
Anyway, so on with it:
SWIM has developed a habit of about 5-6 bags of very PURE black tar over the past year/year & a half, and Monday Afternoon at 12 with 5 suboxone in hand SWIM decided this would be his last shot of tar, so on with the shot & SWIM made it through the day without anymore tar and got to sleep at 12 midnight--SWIM woke up around 7 in the morning the next day--Feeling somewhat shitty SWIM decided it should probably be safe too take his first 8 mg dose of suboxone--BIG MISTAKE--35 minutes after allowing the 8mg suboxone tablet too dissolve under SWIMS tongue SWIM began too sweat profusely & shake & soon vomit & diarrhea & all of the worst WD symptoms immedately in EXTREME full swing--SWIM thinks ¨effing great, precipitated withdrawals, i didn´t wait long enough to dose the subox¨ and chews half a page of benadryl and tries to sleep it off not knowing how long precipitated WDś last--SWIM had recently quit cold turkey a month and a half ago and relapsed so SWIM is highly aware of what H withdrawal feels like--After chewing 6 benadryl SWIM managed to sleep for about six hours and woke up still feeling completely horrible. SWIM changed his soaking wet sheets and decides it might be possible too take another suboxone--¨it cant get much worse¨ so SWIM dissolves another 8 mg suboxone under his tongue & tried too get more sleep. SWIM wakes up after 8 more hours of sleep still sweating profusely, at this point 36 or so hours passed since SWIMS last shot of tar, its around 1:30 in the morning and SWIM has no other option but too chew another suboxone & does so. SOON after doing this SWIM gets ahold of a friend and manages too get him too drive SWIM too go pick up some tar bags So SWIM picks up--but on the way SWIM begins too feel a TINY TINY bit better and alot less sweating--SWIM thinks ¨hmm maybe the suboxone is starting too level out and work?¨ or maybe its just placebo about to pick up-- but already on the way to pick up SWIM does so. After picking up SWIM asks his providor if shooting any amount will provide releif from the horrible WDś SWIM is feeling, and his provider informs SWIM that there will be no rush but it will provide releif too a normal stage. SO desperate too end the horrible WDś--though seemingly getting slightly better from the last suboxone, SWIM shoots HALF a bag--which is a dose that SWIM generally would not get a rush from and would barely feel--though feel still. It has been about 4 hours since SWIM shot and SWIM is feeling fine but needs to know what to do next.
SWIM really wants too quit, but has already prepaid for some bags that are coming in at 6, SWIM only has two suboxone left & wants too be over the habit. IF swim wanted to continue on with Subox would he have too wait 36-48 hours from now too take another subox?
Would it be a better idea for SWIM too go back to the tar & taper his dose down with the bags of tar SWIM has already purchased over the next week or two & try suboxone waiting longer to take first dose in a week or two & go to a suboxone doctor so SWIM has a proper supply to taper over a longer period?
OR would it be wiser/less pain in the long run for SWIM too wait & not do anything more and wait too be in intense WDS and take another SUBOXONE hoping SWIM can get a supply for more?
SWIM is wondering if the precipitated withdrawals having knocked all opiates off his receptors -- having already gone through THAT -- will make suboxone easier / tar WD;ś last less time--thus meaning SWIM should continue on with subox?
Thanks ahead of time, SWIM will appreciate any and all advice greatly,
