That's very user dependent. Especially when we see the benefit of eating activating PNS and fasting causing SNS activation to help liberate fatty acids and stored glucose. Do what works best for you. At the end of the day this largely has minimal impact on your health and physique unless, as I stated previously, you are diabetic/deal with dawn phenomenon.
 
There's not many foods that are high in protein

When you go shopping, have you ever looked at those labels on the back with a lot of numbers and words on them?

I love helping but it’s extremely difficult when you receive elementary level stuff like this as a starting point for an inquiry
