Starting from scratch- Lifting/Muscle building for general health?

basically 1g protein per 1 pound body weight is an easy metric, could get away with a little less but more won't hurt and will keep you feeling fuller

for carbs probably 250-350g per day depending on your workout routine and muscularity
How much in protein kilo we don't use pound where I live and surely not 250-350 carbs that's a lot

1-3.5 g of protein/kg. The harder you train, the more you want. More than two grams per kilogram is beneficial only in really intensive training programs, you should be able to get gains with less too.

muscle grows for 1-3 days, so, kinda yea. There is probably certain kind of equation that could be described as suddenly remarkably downwards sloping jana where x is time and y amount of protein. I guess that on second day off exercise you could go on just fine with 1 g/kg of protein without suffering any loss to gains. But this is just common sense and 15 years of general studies (I have higher school examination, nothing specific regarding this topic) and reading research papers that is talking, someone professional could maybe give more detailed answer.

Sugar spikes, fat doesn't metabolize as well ,more risk for gerd because you're laying down most likely and the boogeyman man comes closer, starving as well
Had me in the first half lmao.

Meal timing doesn't really matter for the majority of people and is definitely more of a Comfort matter. The only ones I can think of that will be really affected are diabetics due to medication timings and if you're part of the even smaller group that deals with dawn phenomenon.

I was told by a reputable source that you have to eat morning lunch and dinner. You can't eat at night forgot the reason why.
