How much in protein kilo we don't use pound where I live and surely not 250-350 carbs that's a lotbasically 1g protein per 1 pound body weight is an easy metric, could get away with a little less but more won't hurt and will keep you feeling fuller
for carbs probably 250-350g per day depending on your workout routine and muscularity

1-3.5 g of protein/kg. The harder you train, the more you want. More than two grams per kilogram is beneficial only in really intensive training programs, you should be able to get gains with less too.How much in protein kilo we don't use pound where I live and surely not 250-350 carbs that's a lot

Meal timing doesn't really matter for the majority of people and is definitely more of a Comfort matter. The only ones I can think of that will be really affected are diabetics due to medication timings and if you're part of the even smaller group that deals with dawn phenomenon.
